Review: may 16th 2013 I was denied a tracking number on the phone + a failed promise to give me a refund. never got the package! Very deceiving business!!

I ordered a set of brakes. after 2 days I called to ask for a tracking number. the man on the phone didnt answer the first few times. finally he picked up and told me that they didnt have a tracking number for my order. I then asked to cancel the order the next day and was told that I would receive the full amount that they had charged ($500) within 24 hours of when I called since the package never arrived at my house I would not have to pay a restocking fee. well its been a week now and I still have not gotten my money or my order. I have called them dozens and dozens of times and they now have completely stopped answering my calls. now I have to file a complaint with my bank so they can investigate the issue. this companies' "employees" are pretty rude on the phone when you can get ahold of them which is very rare. this business is not legitimate at all and I would never recommend anybody to even look at their website because it is very deceiving.Desired Settlement: $503.83 exactly what they charged me for the package that never arrived and exactly what they told me on the phone I would get back
