Hello,I received a message the other day that my complaint was closed due to no response from me The last message I received was a response from the company about my complaint; there was no request for an update from me As far as my complaint goes, I do not consider it resolved at this timeThe company did come and replace the sash on 6/but nobody from the company has contacted me since then about the balance due or any credit they would offer for my inconvenienceIs there a way to re-open my complaint considering the matter is still unresolved?

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution will doI would not recommend this company

No, I have not contacted Window World, nor do I intend toAs you can see by my responses, I do not want their servicesUpon reading all their reviews, I do not want them to install any windows, not even if was just one! There are multilpe open cases out there which are not resolved because of the ineptness of this company, in addition to sub par customer service (which I have experienced first hand)Not to mention the pictures of poor installations and damaged sidingI am not willing to risk damage to my houseI have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life

The windows are here and have been ready to be installedWe have tried to schedule install with both of themWe have made calls to them and we just want to put the windows in and get final payment and be done with thisAt no time did anyone hang up on them at all, It was stated that Keith had to make all decisions on money being taken off the bill or notWe want to be allowed to do our job and finish the contract Thank you, Window World

To whom it may concern,Ms. [redacted] did in fact have her windows installed on June 21st, 2017. When our installers arrived at her home they called our office to report very pungent odors coming from inside the house, they also reported animal urine and feces throughout the home. We advised them to... lay plastic down so that they could avoid walking through urine and feces during the install. A few days later Ms. [redacted] called to report flies around her windows coming in. We sent two of our installers over to take a look and double check to make sure that her screens were fitting properly, check for tears or rips in them and also to make sure that there were not any issues with her sashes fitting together. The windows were sealed inside and out and the screens were fitting as they should. Unfortunately, much like a stink bug, flies can wiggle their way in, although not common under normal circumstances, in this instance the odor from the home is drawing the flies in. Our installers also reported dead flies on windows that she had not replaced, they also stated that as they went further back in the house the stronger the odor became and the more flies there were in those areas. When Mrs. [redacted] had originally contacted us regarding the flies coming in, the installer told us that there were flies all over the home when they were there, even before they were replaced. Taking a picture of a dead fly in a window seal does not mean there is a problem with the install, we all know it is possible for a fly or insect to creep in, however in this case the flies are finding ways in and are being attracted to smell. It is unfortunate and the only other option that we have that may help, is if Mrs. [redacted] would like to purchase full screens at her own cost, this issue is in no way caused by our windows or our installation. If the flies were finding their way into the home prior to our installation, they will continue to do so.

To whom it may concern, Mrs*** is correct that it took 4-weeks from the time of purchase to install, considering our quoted time for turn around from start to finish is 8-weeks, I am very pleased Mrs*** was happy we were able to install everything quickly for herAs with most
companies, we document any exchanges with our customersMrs*** was told that one of her sashes was sent without the grid pattern that we requested and that we would order it and install it for her as soon as it arrivedMrs*** called on Tuesday and asked where the window was, I spoke with her and told her that it had been ordered and that it should arrive this week, I would call her when it came in on THURSDAY to schedule itI left a message for Mrs*** yesterday and she did not respond to my voicemailHowever, we make custom windows, therefore anything that we have to reorder requires a serial number and also time to be made and shippedMrs*** Job was completed on February19th, our parts as well as new orders take between 4-weeks to be made, be shipped and arrive at our warehouseWe also document our jobs and we do have photos of her installation here in our office, everything that was contracted was completed and completed correctlyIn the multiple conversations we have had with Mrs***, she never mentioned that was she had any issues with her installation at all, oddly until it was mentioned in this Revdex.com complaintWe pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our customers, which is why we not only installed Mrs***' windows in a timely and efficient manner, we also removed all of her blinds and moved furniture for her, as well as reinstalled the blinds, valances and moved her furniture backOur contract clearly outlines that the blinds, window treatments, and furniture are the responsibility of the customerWe were happy to do so if that meant helping our customerWhile we charged her for removing the blinds, we moved her furniture and rehung the blinds as a courtesy and no cost to Mrs***I am struggling to see where this complaint is even coming from, when it is clear that we have done all that that we could possibly to appease Mrs*** and make sure that she, as the customer, was and is the priority

To whom it may concern, We ordered a replacement sash for Mr*** back in April, he had called and read us the serial number ***ociated with his windowWhen it arrived it appeared that he had given us the wrong number for the window he was trying to have repairedWe have to have the
correct serial number for each window in the home in order to replace or repair any partsWe had received several messages from Mr*** which we returned, however we were unaware that it was Mr*** who was calling since the only information that was left was a phone numberOne of the messages was left for Keith, the only thing we knew at that point was that it was the same phone number that had been left before on the voicemail, again with no name, however the phone number matched up with the previous messages and were all something to the effect of, “call me” and then the numberKeith (Owner of Window World) asked one of our employees to call and get the customers information, so that when Keith called the customer back he was prepared and had all pertinent info pertaining to said customer, again there was no return call from who we now know was Mr***Then we had a man come into our office with a broken sash, one of the office personnel tried to help, asking him for his name and he refused stating that we didn’t need to know his name all he wanted was a new sashOur employee then tried to get his serial number because we do not keep parts for windows in our office as each is specific to the customers home, he became agitated, yelling that he was not going to *** do this with us and walked outUntil we received this complaint and identified this information, we had absolutely no idea this was Mr***, then we were able to go back and piece everything together from the messages that were left by an unnamed person to the man that stormed out of our officeWindow World has absolutely never not honored our warranty and we would have been more than happy to help Mr***However, we need the proper information to do so, as would any companyOur windows are custom made so coming in with a broken part will not help, everything needs to be ordered per that specific job and with the correct serial number providedHad Mr*** been willing to return any of our multiple calls back or share his name, we could have resolved this long before nowAfter this complaint was filed, our office manager Mary tried calling Mr*** several times leaving messages she told Mr*** that we received this complaint and we now know who he is, all we need is the serial number and we would be happy to replace it, just to return her call and provide the number for his warranty issueShe also told him that we had been unaware of who he was until receiving this complaint, since no other information had ever been left except a phone numberMr*** called back later and left Mary a message stating that “We *** know good and well who he is!” as he continued to scream and cuss on her voicemail, which we still have savedMary called back again and repeated that if he would like to call her with a serial number she would be glad to help and replace it for himWe do and have always required the job name as well as the serial number to order parts or windowsIf Mr*** would like to have the part replaced, all he needs to do is return our call and give us the correct information, if he is unable to locate the correct information, we can send someone to him

My name is *** *** address *** *** ** * *** *** *** phone *** *** *** just in case they { window world } for got or they didn't know who I am Yes I got a call from a guy named Keith a few days agoOnly been trying to get ahold of him for like monthsI have come to the conclusion that window world will never fix window They lie there *** off to get out of any warranty at all They have no problem coming to your home to sell you windows and once check clears you are on your own after months they still make excuses any replicable company would have had this problem fix quickly Went to home expo a few weeks ago at state fair grounds talked to a few window manufactures told them the problem I was having with window world They told me that it is all to common they hear it all the time from window world customersThey offered to come to my home and fix windowWell you live and you learn And as far as my attitude ? How would any reasonable person react to going on months for a company to fix there window ?

The piece of siding was delivered July by a "lady with Window World"She was just going to leave the piece of siding leaning on the garage door and not let us know she was dropping it offOn July 31st, Keith, the owner sent a text saying there is a piece of siding at our house and Gina will be calling to get us scheduledOn Wednesday, August 5th, Gina called and said Brian is trying to fit us in his schedule on a weekend but they have no idea when that will beThe issue is still not resolved

We would like to address the fact that at no point ever, in the history of our company have we ever denied any customer their warranty, parts or otherwise. To infer such a thing is simply unfounded and absurd. However, as we have stated many times at this point, we do have to have some viable information to go off of. If we have read one another’s responses correctly, Mr. [redacted] would be aware that what was stated in regard to who he is, was that the first several messages that were left, he did not state his name or give any further information. A phone number does not allow us to identify who a person is. When he came to our office he again gave us no information, not a name, not a serial number, just expected us to replace his glass. As we have explained, that is not enough for us to go on. Once we started communicating through the Revdex.com is when we were able to identify him. If you go back to our first response, we stated that it would be no problem to get this sash for him. After being met with hostility, volatility, crude and inappropriate language, we felt it was best to communicate through email. As we have stated, there are a number of ways to obtain a serial number. I left Mr. [redacted] a message asking for him to call back after work and leave me his email address so that I could forward him the room location and size sheet. He did call back, but he refused to leave his email address, demanded that we come out and get the serial number ourselves any time of day while he is working, even though we would not have adequate access to the window when no one is home, cursed and screamed into the phone before hanging up (those messages are saved as well). The serial number cannot be seen from the outside of the house, this has been an issue all along, he is either unable or unwilling to cooperate but continues to be demanding and speak poorly and disrespectfully to us. We have explained this multiple times. Since we have not received cooperation literally of any kind, we have already ordered new sashes based off the location of the window he left in one of his very aggressive messages. Keith D[redacted] (Owner of Window World) left Mr. [redacted] a message letting him know they have been ordered. We will contact him when they are in and he can either pick them up or we will drop them off at his home.

First off there office (window world ) is only open a few hours a week. I have been there several times from 9 am to 5pm . I talked to the business next to them ([redacted] ) the employee s there said they come in pick up mail and leave for the day . Yes I have called them several times thru the year 2017 told them my NAME PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS !! They ask for a number on window I told them I see no number . I have had other people look and they don't see no number. I ask for them to come to my house and look for them self. They told me they wouldn't come out. They ask me for measurement of window , I said were do I measure ? they were not sure . so I measured the window opening they said that was fine. Got window in mail wrong size . So I took broken window to there office and showed them . They could care less they were no HELP AT ALL!! they had no interest in helping me at all!! And yes I told them my name. If they would have came out and looked at window in the first place this could have all been avoided. But after they sell window s they could care less !! I have taken off work several hour's at a cost of more than $300.00 . Only solution I see at this point is to have window taken out and have a new window put in by different manufacture . WINDOW WORLD DOESN'T STAND BY THERE WINDOWS !!  And hand window world the bill for new window.

I am rejecting this response because:...we are dissatisfied with their lack of service and continuing to  cover up the facts with untruths.Let me give you some feedback on the letter to Revdex.com from someone at Window World. The fact  remains that we had to wait 3 weeks
For the color swatches to take to our Board and two more weeks after we called them and said we were ready to order. That was the first sign of the quality of their service which we overlooked. After our call to them right before Thanksgiving, we were told that they were in, needed inspection, and THEY would call back to set up instillation. They never did....sign number 2. They claim phone calls and messages left in January and February, both of which never occurred. My wife called on February 17, Gina told her she had lost our # , and when I called her back she denied that she had said this to her. My wife called her back and she did hang up on her when s he asked for our money back. Before hanging up she said she would not deal with us, that Mr D[redacted] would have to call us back. To this day neither Kieth D[redacted] nor the company has returned our call. Another sign of the lack of quality of their service. That is why we turned to Revdex.com.It is coming down to a 'he said she said' situation. Based on your experience, what do we do next? We have experienced the quality or lack of their service and are afraid that his is a reflection of the utility of their work. Since they are reluctant to return our down payment, should I ask what our $1400 would buy perhaps purchase the Windows and have a handy man install them? Is this a small claims issue? Is there anything else that the Revdex.com is empowered to do? Would it be better to speak to you by phone? All we wanted was for them to call us and complete their end of the deal...and they have not, contrary to what their office states. They have not held up to their part of the bargain and the contract. That is why we want our money back so that we can move on.

To whom it may concern, window world gave a false statement regarding my home. I never initially contacted them regarding flies coming into the home just window replacement. Thr flies came in after they installed new windows. For them to present my home in the manner they did is unacceptable and I will contact corporate headquarters on the horrible customer service. I will never use them again.
