Installed a propane tank for us and filled it upInstead of doing it correctly they used a HUGE glob of pipe dope in the hoseRuined our furnace, fridge, water heater and stoveEvery place the gas went it took the pipe dope with itEverything is a solid mess, preventing gas from flowing
Called owner and he said he would come out and take a look at the problemNever came, never calledHe didn't do anything until New Mexico officials fined them $Then he sent driver out to attach permit and reinstall the tankSeems the owners son didn't put a second regulator on like he was supposed to eitherHe sure charged us full price for the installation, which I'm assuming included the $fee for the permit
Had tank filled by another company and they called New Mexico authorities because Deming Propane didn't obtain the correct permit for installationCome to find out it was the owners SON who screwed up the installationGuess you can be a total screw up if you are related to

Review: I purchased a vehicle at the dealership on 1-22-2014 which was a 2008 Ford Escape for [redacted] . At no time was I informed or was it disclosed that the vehicle was involved in an accident. I traded this vehicle in on 10-18-2014 at a dealership at which time I was informed that my vehicle was involved in an accident and they showed me the car fax. I contacted Used car Manager at Sweeney GMC his name was [redacted] and he consulted with General Sales manager and stated they aren't going to do anything period.Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for my loss in value due to fact the vehicle was in an accident and not worth as much if it wasn't in an accident

Thank you for the opportunity to address this customer concern. On January 22, 2014, we earned [redacted]’s business as he purchased a 2008 Ford Escape. Attached you will find a current AutoCheck for the said vehicle. The AutoCheck provided clearly depicts a clean and detailed history for the vehicle purchased at Sweeney Buick GMC. It also states that there have been no accidents, negative signs of previous title problems, serious damage, or any other significant problem. Matter of fact, that vehicle would have qualified for AutoCheck’s Buyback Protection Program. Just as with this vehicle, we stand behind all of our vehicles that we sell. We make every effort possibly to provide our customers with a fully transparent shopping experience which includes a complete AutoCheck found online for all of our listed vehicles. We are proud to be one of the areas top pre-owned vehicle dealerships. We ascertain that our vehicles are listed with relevant and accurate data to ensure that our customers can make an educated decision prior to arriving at our dealership and inspecting the vehicle themselves. We value all of our loyal customers and take great strides to maintain them for life. Perhaps if we were given the privilege of earning [redacted] business again, we could have given him a better trade-in value than the dealership from which he traded this particular vehicle. That being said, we cannot compensate [redacted] for any loss of value for the vehicle that he traded at another dealership for it shows no signs of being in an accident. Unfortunately vehicles are depreciating assets and never seem to be worth as much as when we purchase them. We are however available for any of [redacted] automotive needs going forward and wish him the best of luck with his new vehicle.
