I reject the response from Ken Pollock because not only every time I have brought the vehicle in for servicing, they refused to repair it or diagnose it, they are now refusing to even allow me to bring it in to be diagnosedThe vehicle was never even looked at properly therefore they are NOT honoring the warranty that I am paying forI will continue to seek the my initial request of $off of the purchase price off of this vehicleI will seek further action if necessaryI should not have had to taken things this farIt is unfortunate that is has come to thisThe response from Ken Pollock is nothing but a bold-faced lieThey have done nothing to rectify the issues I have brought forth to them with my vehicleAgain, should this rebuttal not be addressed as I see fit, I will continue to seek further action

response to complaint ***:Ken Pollock Autogroup is not refusing service for the customer. The customer is welcome to make an appointment at Ken Pollock autogroup to get problems diagnosed. Please remember that if the issue or issues with the vehicle can not diagnosed if we can not duplicate the issues when the vehicle is at the dealership. Gary P***General manager Ken Pollock Nissan

Ken Pollock [redacted] Berwick, Pa. [redacted] Response to complaint #[redacted] The Revdex.com [redacted],                 This letter is meant to address the complaint which Ken Pollock [redacted] received from a...

customer.  The customer purchased a [redacted] from our [redacted] store in Berwick Pennsylvania; the purchase took place in May of 2017. The car was put through an extensive check when it was put into our inventory; the steps for that check are listed below. Shortly after the purchase, the customer came back to the store complaining of transmission trouble, a problem that is somewhat common in some of the [redacted] models. Ken Pollock [redacted] proceeded to complete the recommended repair by replacing the shaft seals and clutch assembly, this repair was covered by warranty 100%, no out of pocket expense for the customer.                 The customer took the car back, and proceeded to use it until on or about August 18th 2017. On this date, she came to our service department and left her keys, she stated that she did not want the car anymore. Ken Pollock [redacted] once again ran the car through our shop.  Upon diagnosis, the car did not meet the [redacted] provided protocol for warranty work to be performed, the transmission was running fine and no problems could be found.                 Our General Manager Mark G[redacted] began to work with the customer in hopes that we could find a car that we could trade her into. We offered to give the customer the amount that she paid for her [redacted] on a trade in, even though the car had depreciated since the purchase. Mark talked to the customer about several vehicles, but they were unable to come to terms on any of them. On or about September 22nd, Mark G[redacted] left the store to pursue another job opportunity, at this point I took over the conversations with the customer. We continued to try and get her into another vehicle on our lot, or buy the car back at a fair market value, but could not come to terms. At this point, the customer stated that she wanted a Buick sedan from [redacted] in Doylestown. We attempted to buy this car from [redacted], but they would not sell it to us as they were working a deal with the customer on the same car at that time. I then received a call from the customer’s boyfriend, who wanted to talk about the situation further. After several conversations with [redacted], we agreed on a fair, market based price for us to buy the car back at. Ken Pollock [redacted] purchased the car back on 10/6/2017, we have not heard from the customer since. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or concerns, thank you. Sincerely, Ken L. Pollock

I'm not sure if this is an old message but we resolved the issues with the [redacted] family and we appreciate their business very much.  I also appreciate their understanding and patients with the whole deal.  I hope they feel the same.  If you have any other concerns or questions please feel free to contact me at anytime.Thank YouMurad E[redacted]G.M.

I am writing in response to a complaint that your office received by Mr. [redacted] in regards to a repair that we provided on his 2003 Volkswagen Passat. t.D {:).J. 'il/</Clf The gentleman brought his vehicle in to Sweeney's Auto Repair so that we could address a coolant leak. I told...

him that we were very busy and that I didn't have an immediate opening and that he might w8nt to look for a different shop to address his concerns; but that if he couldn't find someone else, he could drop his vehicle off and we would work on it when we had some downtime. He could not find another repair shop, so he brought the car back 8 few days later for us to work on. His initial complaint is that there was a delay in repair, but we told him up front that the parts were "dealer only" parts and that it would need to be ordered. We cannot control how quickly the dealer provides the parts to us, so I feel that this part of his complaint is not warranted. We properly fixed the coolant leak in the customer's vehicle, which is completely unrelated to the oil pressure issue he experienced after he left our shop. It should not be a surprise that there cmild possibly be more than one issue with a 14-year-old vehicle. The oil pressure issue that the customer experienced (engine clattering) was exacerbated by him improperly topping off the oil in his vehicle (he over·filled the oil, which caused the engine to smoke from the exhaust). I'd like to re-iterate that there is no connection between a coolant/antifreeze leak and an engine oil pressure issue, as the two systems are unrelated. It is an unfortunate coincidence, but again, should not be a huge surprise as the vehicle has some age to it. One point that I'd like to make is that Mr. [redacted]i could not remember the 1,.st time he had changed the oil and serviced his vehicle, so we should assume that the vehicle has not been properly maintained, which could certainly lead to an oil pressure issue. As a courtesy, we did drain the excess oil that he added to his vehicle and we cleaned and degreased underneath the vehicle, free of charge. We are sorry that this unfortunate coincidence occurred, but we stand firmly by our assertion that we did nothing to cause this situation, and we feel that proper maintenance of the vehicle by Mr. [redacted] could have prevented this issue from occurring.
