Review: started a contract through text message to finish stone work on my home on 8-14-2014. I agreed to it via text. contractor promised to have job done in one weekend. I paid for all supplies. all he had to do was pay for labor.I paid him 2500.00 cash the second day he was here. I have been calling and texting for weeks with excuses. my project is not finished.I have every message and picture to validate this. I need your help.Desired Settlement: 1,500.00
