El Rey Furniture takes great care to ensure important matters such as this are properly manage and our customers receive the best service possibleWe received a complaint on July **, (ID [redacted] ) in regard to customer named [redacted] ***We hereby inform you that this client purchased floor sample models as it is (IDresser, IIMirrors and IChest) which he wants to be delivered the same day, we did not have workers available at the timeHence customer paid a side driver to deliver it to him who has nothing to do with usAdditionally, client agreed and signed our store policy which clearly states that “Floor Sample (as it is) merchandise has no warranty and store is not responsible for any damages.” Once the customer takes the furniture out of our store (floor samples) he is fully responsible for itAs you can see on the delivery fee was included on our invoice to be delivery the next day not the same day [redacted] did not want to wait and found this side driver to do the delivery for him, we do not know what was the deal between themI have been trying to contact the customer after we received this complaint because there is no previews complaint made to our store from [redacted] ***Three days ago we finally contacted the customer and he states the following “the driver left my furniture downstairs and I had to take it myself” he never mentioned that his dresser was stolen or chest is damagesWe did not do this delivery for him, and customer inspected each item before he left the storeI hope an agreement can be made on this situationThank you in advance, we really appreciate your help

At this time, I have been contacted directly by El Rey Furniture regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was given a choice that was completely unfairI was told that they could either send me the furniture which would take undertermined additional weeks (a delay tactic I am sure) or that I could have my money back but they would take a 35% cutI feel this was done intentionallyIt has now been almost four months since my initial purchase and I have yet to receive my merchandise or my money backAs I stated previously the company had lied several times and told me that the items had shipped therefore, their promise to finally send the item from the warehouse does not have a strong basisI am completely fustrated with this situation and it seems I have no choice but to wait an indefinite amount of time to obtain merchandiseI cannot believe that I have spend 5,dollars on a product that I never received and probably will never receiveDO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS Sincerely, [redacted]

lolWell I have never in my life met a business that can lie the way you just did in your responseplease note that the driver of the furniture is only affiliated with the furniture companyI stated to the store staff that I would be only in town for that night and he assured me that the delivery would be made BECAUSE it was store floor samplesI do not know anyone in the area to do deliveriesi paid for delivery to the store and THE STORE DID the deliveryPERIODI am no longer interested in wasting any one's time any longerI just cant believe how you can lie like that, your mother raised you that way I guessyour delivery driver showed up in the evening and when he took the mirror up to the 5th floor he stated to me that he was not responsible to take the furniture up and got on the phone with the store personell and spoke in spanish and said clearly to the store that he was not carrying that "st" five floorsHis exact words as I heard himHe then asked me to sign the delivery invoice and I told him I would not sign until he brings up the furniture and I told him if you cannot do the delivery take everything back, he told me he would be right backi went down stairs five minutes later and he was gone and left the furniture on the sidewalkI think your store should not be charging delivery if you do not actually deliver into the apartment and should be stated on your sales ticketi am glad that I wasted your time to respond to me as I have left many messages and you decided to JUST contact me right now..Only because of the complaintI will let everyone that I know to never shop in your store as not only you are LIARS but thieves for charging for delivery and then having lazy workers that don't want to do the jobI can see from the store's lying and absurd response this issue is not going to be resolved so on that noteI WILL MAKE SURE THAT I TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW TO NEVER SHOP IN YOUR STORE AND THAT YOU GUYS ARE LIARS AND HAVE INCOMPETENT LAZY DELIVERY WORKERS THAT DO NOT DO THEIR JOBLIARSDoes the Quran teach you to lie?? Is that how you were brought up?? GOOD DAY..

Dear Revdex.com Representative, We have received and acknowledge your letter in regards to a customer's complaint date October *** In the complain, the customer claims that her father did not received the merchandise he ordered from us The customer came to the store and order BKing bedroom set along with few other items on the 6/**/As soon as we found out that BKing bedroom set is no longer available, we have informed the customer immediatelyWe have asked the customer to come to the store to choose a different bedroom set because if the customer were to cancel, there is a 35% cancellation fee which the customer agreed upon orderingPlease note that our store policies are clearly stated in our invoices including customer's copyAfter much discussion with the customer, the customer came back to the store on the 10/**/to change the Bbedroom set to a different bedroom set - Roman Empire II King bed (attached to this email is a signed agreement by the customer)We ensure that all our customer are taken care off and we pride ourselves in providing an excellent customer service, and in this instance, we have repeatedly requested for the customer to come to the store to reselected the items which the customer did on the 10/**/We are not aware that the customer came to Revdex.com to make a complain as we thought we have finally make the changes in the order on 10/18/16. We are happy to address any issues or complain from the customer as we always strive to improve ourselves, but we believe we have already resolved this issue with this customerHowever, should there be any other issues or complains, we are happy to address that as well Thank you Store Manager

We take great care to ensure important matters such as this are properly manage and our customers receive the best service possible. With all the respect that customer deserves we have no need to lie or to make things up our attention is to deal with customer for years to come and not just one time. As you see customer is changing his statement first he stated that “we left everything outside in the rain” and now in his second letter he is stating that “we left the furniture on the sidewalk” as we see on this last letter there is no way we can work out something with him. Customer took the furniture from our floor in good conditions, and customer signed his satisfaction.
