I will never ever use this company again in my life!
My husband and I used this company for our wedding day, worse decision ever From previous reviews on this company, thought it was going to be legit and the party bus looked awesome from the pictures Let's start from how the service was going from the beginning
I told the driver Manny to head to the Mavris, because that is were our wedding venue was at and were the rest of the bridal party (groom, groomsmen, and photographers were waiting on us) Instead he started to head the other direction away from the venue We ended up off of west street near IUPUI, and that is about good minutes away from the venue I told him he was heading the wrong way and got an attitude with me saying I told him to head somewhere else As a bride, I know for a fact that I told him to head to the Mavris, not some other location (As I told Jermaine, he told me that the driver thought we were going to another location for pictures, but how can we take pictures when the only people on the bus was my bridesmaids and I with no photographer? All of my bridesmaid and I were in robes?) That took a total of minutes out of our timeline for pictures From then, I knew this was going to be a nightmare with this transportation company
Once Manny got us to the venue at the Mavris, my Matron of Honor comes into the room where I was at and said the driver said we only have the bus until 2:30pm At this point I'm pretty fed up, shouldn't have to deal with this nonsense on your day of right...I told my matron of honor, nope we have the bus until 3pm and we are using it until 3pm
We went off site to Lockerbie area to take some quick pictures Which we did, we were in a quiet little neighborhood, narrow street We did that real quick, the rest of the bridal party got on the bus My husband and I were still on the sidewalk, not even feet away from the bus with our photographer to take couple quick pictures of him and I Next thing we know, the bus took off without us At first I thought he was making a quick loop around, but that was not the case The driver Manny literally left us on the side of the street
From my conversation with Jermaine, he told me that it was our fault because I had to keep track of time and we was to manage it, which is fine, because our bridal party definitely looked at their time and told me there was plenty of time to go back and get usWe didn't lose track of time Maybe the drivers time is different from what everyone else's phone was saying In my response, we had people in our bridal party that said there was still plenty of time They even asked him to turn around and get us, but he kept nodding his head When the bridal party got dropped off at the venue, they asked if he was going to get us and he said no because he had to go to another wedding appointment(I'm glad you were not late to that wedding, no way I wanted to interfere with their time, and I know that I also paid for the bus until 3pm and to make sure that my husband and I to be on that bus and back at the venue by 3pm) In their defense drop off at the Mavris was at 2:56pm, none of our bridal party knew he was taking off without us, cause they all knew we had enough timeDid we go over our time, no we didn't Was we properly taken care of in my opinion, no, who prides themselves in leaving paying customers on the side of the street? Still, I didn't think it was hard for the driver to say hey I'm about to take off, leaving without you guys if you don't get on the bus soon Doesn't take much, or even to tell someone from our bridal party that hey I'm about to take off, might want to tell the bride and groom We weren't even feet away from the bus
Jermaine told me due to late booking, it was a challenge for them No matter how in advance or later the reservation was reserved, and they've done hundreds of wedding, service should have been 100% satisfaction to paying customers If they can't handle bookings like this, then don't do it This was not 100% satisfaction at all Their driver Manny kept saying he was doubled booked, but Jermaine said they never double book Very confusing when you hear your driver say I'm double booked and need to be in Zionsville by 3pm then hear from Jermaine saying they never double booked I feel like there is a lack of communication in their organization
The day of, I received an e-mail at like 6am, what bride actually checks their e-mail the day of? I sure didn't, I have a lot of other things to worry about Didn't know we could have used a shuttle service if we went over time, but from the looks of it, we didn't go over, and got left on the side of the street with our photographersI called yesterday left a voicemail and never received a phone call back I called this am and got an answer NO response in hours and I had to follow up myself
No refund nor apology for their driver Manny leaving us on the side of the street and taking us minutes off of timeline as well
