coming out to look at the lawn at no charge to the customer, to address ANY issue the customer may have with their lawn. Throughout the 2017 season, this customer was treated on a regularly scheduled basis and not once throughout the entire season did he / she contact Sweet & Low Lawn Care with any concerns, complaints or frustrations. It was only after the first application of the 2018 season was completed, that they decided to complain about the previous year, demanding a refund. At that point, we immediately went out to check on the lawn and it is one of the nicest yards in the neighborhood. Upon looking at the lawn, it was apparent there was no merit whatsoever to their claims and the customer was advised of this. When the customer was made aware there would be no refund, the customer began sending threatening and menacing emails to the company, at which point the local police department was immediately made aware of the situation. The police department has since contacted the customer, making him aware that his accusations are frivolous, and that his actions are bordering on menacing and harassment, and he was advised to end contact with the company. It was only then that the customer filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, merely as a last option attack on the company.
