Review: Not once was it ever stated that your bar requires a $20 minimum charge. After my party and I spent over $50, some in cash, some on a card, we approached the bartender who was a taller [redacted] looking man to close our tab. The bartender told us THEN at that point that there is a $20 minimum and refused to return the card to the person it was charged to. We then asked a different bartender for our card and a receipt of the charges that were charged. The second bartender refused to give us the card and a receipt. We asked to speak to someone that could help us, when we were interrupted again by the first bartender who started loudly cursing at us for asking for a receipt, and proceeded to throw the card across the bar at us. He made enough of a scene that the [redacted] then came over and when we told him we simply needed a receipt of what was charged to the card- he physically with FORCE threw the person in my group out of the bar (who's card was the one that was charged with no proof of receipt.) I stayed at the bar to try to continue to try to get a receipt, and still, every single bartender refused to produce one or give me a [redacted] or someone professional to speak to. The [redacted] then returned to me and asked me what the matter was, all the while the original bartender was shouting at the [redacted] to have me kicked out. I calmly and politely told the [redacted] that I needed to have a receipt of the transaction and that it was unlawful to not produce one. He then told me it's not his problem and proceeded to PHYSICALLY kick ME out for asking for a receipt.Desired Settlement: A thorough explanation as to why your staff was unable to provide a receipt when politely asked to do so, and why that prompted them to curse at their customers, throw a card across the bar, and have us kicked out of the bar.

Review: I usually come here to have a drink with a few peers. Last night was unfortunately the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Two if my colleagues wanted to order Frozen margaritas. My colleague, [redacted], ordered five margaritas. We planned on paying for our drinks separately. I wanted to pay for my drink in cash, and my other two colleagues were going to pay buy card. The Bartender/Manager poured our drinks and then we were getting ready to pay. The drinks were $9 dollars each. [redacted] wanted to pay for 3 of the drinks on his card, [redacted] wanted to pay for his drink on his card, and I payed by cash. The Bartender/Manger charged their cards for each drink. [redacted] was charged for 4 of the drinks, and [redacted] was charged for 1. They informed the bartender that he incorrectly charged their cards. The bartender volunteered to switch the cost on their cards. He came back with new receipts for them to sign and they both noticed it was still incorrect. After explaining to the Bartender/Manager of his mistake he got irrupted, threw out the drinks, took their cards and voided their order and slammed my money back on the bar ledge. He said, "No one is getting drunk tonight, go home." He carelessly gave the wrong card back to [redacted] and he gave me too much money back. ($11 dollars instead of $9). We didn't understand what the issue was because their was no explanation on why we were getting kicked out. We felt embarrassed because of the lack of professionalism and communication. All we wanted to do was pay for what we asked for correctly and celebrate our friend's birthday. I asked the bouncer for the manager's name and he says, " That's not how the game works, You know i'm not going to give you his name." I was in disbelief how unprofessional their service was. How could you make a complaint if their manager is the one who is being rude and unprofessional. We were not belligerent, drunk, and obnoxious. We wanted to be treated like other people that were being serviced.Desired Settlement: I would just like an apology for the lack of quality service and be able to leave a complaint with a manager or owner who could make my experience better. I should not have to make a complaint to the Revdex.com to get treated with respect and great customer service. I really enjoyed coming to this establishment to socialize with friends but now I feel like I will never go back there again and never recommend any of my peers to go there.
