Review: I had brought in a pair of expensive shorts to them with some wax in one small spot to be removed. when I went to check on the shorts the color was completely destroyed. They are saying that I brought it in that way and the clerk remembers them being a different color- I find it hard to believe they woudl remember what color exactly would be on my orange shorts. They have a video they showed me when I dropped off the shorts which clearly shows the color being a dark orange and not a light tie dyed peach color. I cant understand why they would lose a customer instead of just paying me to replace the shorts and apologize. They should look at the video carefully- I can show them before photos of the shorts and after- Hard to believe they would lose a customer over this and accuse me of lying when I spend hundreds of dollars a month there. The shorts were expensive Paul Smith Shorts which cost $150- they have insurance- why not reimburse me?Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the shorts- they were 150 originally- Paul Smith brand and they are compeletely destroyed and unwearable
