Mrs***, I am writing you in response to your, Revdex.com complaintI spoke with you in regards to you wanting additional picturesI will assure you I was not rude onceYou had stated there was a line on your black and white pictures and you wanted the other pictures where she was smilingI told you that I would look on the machine to see what had been saved to your CD, print and mail you additional picturesWhen I spoke with you I told you “We are unable to print additional black and whites but we can print the color prints which are the more expensive ones”You stated that was fineI spoke with your additional time stating that I didn’t have the ones smilingSince I did not do the ultrasound I don’t know when or if the baby smiledI told you that it should be on the DVD since it is the whole session but I could not print it outWe cannot save and print every second of the ultrasound but we do try to get the best picturesYou did not mention that the pictures are poor quality just the line was down one of them and you wanted the one where she smiledIn regards to payment up front, just as in your doctor’s office we require payment prior to the session startingYour purchase price was not $but $We do not offer a package for $The package you purchased with a $off coupon as stated on our website is minutes long not an hour as you stated in your complaintWe account for the time it takes you to check in and fill out paperworkWe also follow the FDA guidelines on how long we scanAll of our sonographers are SDMS registered sonographersThis means they have extensive training and hold a license to perform ultrasoundsThat should give you additional comfort in your ultrasoundI am sorry you were not happy with some of the pictures that you receivedWe did however print you off additional ones and mail it to youSincerely, *** *** Owner Sweet Baby Face

Highly disappointed in my experience with sweet baby facePaid for a gender reveal at weeks arrive for my appointment minutes early and no one was there the Sonographer showed up after my appointment time being on the phone as she opened up never acknowledged that I was even there until after her phone call, while we were in the appointment she continued to answer the phone, during my appointment she said that I have having a boyGo for my anatomy scan to find out that im actually having a girlI paid for a disc of the pictures she captured and during this time the equipment stopped working so I didnt even get all of my pictures and there isnt any sound on the disc as far as the heartbeat which was paid forI have contacted sweet baby face and they are refusing to do anything about it until I show them a letter from my doctor stating my estimated due dateI have contacted my doctor to get this information which still not understanding how it is relevant to them being wrong on the gender of my baby but im doing my part lets see if they will do theirs!
