My children went here for over a year and initially I loved this child care facility, however in recent months I have over heard numerous employees discuss drugs and alcohol while on the job and I suspect most of them are under the influence while working as most conversation revolved around activities the night prior. They also change billing contracts without notice and charge higher rates than the original contract you sign into agreement with. My children were not at the facility for several months and I was receiving billing statements with charges from times my children were not there. I discussed such issues with the director and was given statements showing someone else had clocked my children in rather than myself. I had my children come home numerous times with injuries and no injury report, when I questioned staff as to what happened no one was able to give me a clear answer, aren't they paid to watch my kids? If so shouldn't they know what happened. Several times upon entering the facility I witnessed children unsupervised and participating in activities (bullying or sexually oriented) and no staff around to intervene. I have also witnessed employees yelling and berating children. Overall I am disgusted with this facility and can't believe it is still operating. Other parents who have since removed their children from this facility have expressed similar concerns and were unsure of what actions to take.Product_Or_Service: Child careDesired SettlementI seek no settlement I would just like others to be informed of this business and it's practices. The director covers for her employees and has aided them in cheating drug tests or allowing them to bypass the drug screening in the hiring process entirely. Business Response Consumers' complaint was also reported to social services, who followed up with an investigation and found the allegations to be unsubstantiated. The consumer complaint came from an ex-employee whose husband used to do general maintenance and took our trash out once a week. Our billing policy has not changed since the business was opened in 2012. The issues the consumer is complaining about is due to lack of communication between husband and wife not communicating that the child was dropped off in our care, however we have video surveillance and fingerprint initials that prove that the mother did in fact drop her child 6 times during the period in question.Our center does not drug test so the desired resolution cannot be reached.
