Sweet Frog

I had the worst experience at the Sweet Frog on Laburnum Ave in Richmond Va yesterday. My friend and I visited the location Thursday at 9:15 pm. The cashier was busy hanging out with her friends and was actually facetiming a guy while she rung us up. She never made eye contact and the verbiage coming from the other end of the phone was out horrible. I can’t believe this was happening in a family Christian establishment!

Review: We love the cheesecake no sugar added flavor of yogurt. When we got the mint no sugar added it was half melted, seemed quite heavier and costs almost $12.00 as compared to the usual $6.00 or $7.00. When I expressed concern to the clerk, he saod he didn't know why, but that I had to pay for it anyway. Really? I was the only customer in the store. Why am I not surprised.Desired Settlement: Gift cards to replace the unedable confection. I also spent $20.00 for a sweatshirt to match my t-shirt that I was wearing and the clerk "forgot' to give me my 10% discount on the yogurt . I mentioned it and he shrugged his shoulders and said "Oh well"

Review: The advertisement said, "$4-12oz cups!" So I brought my family of 6 in, and they would only give us one cup for $4 and charged regular price for the rest. There was no limitation on the advertisement and cups means more than one.Desired Settlement: Refund of difference from total paid $34 and the $24 we should have had to pay.
