[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] To whom it may concern:My name is Patrick O [redacted] and I am the owner of Sweet Home Electric LLCSweet Home Electric LLC is electrical contractor in the State of Washington and we do electrical service both residential and commercialOn 06/02/15, we got a call from homeowner that there is no power to her rental home in TacomaI Patrick O [redacted] received the call and I explain to the homeowner that we charge $+ tax to do the diagnosis and that after diagnosis is done, that I will call her and explain the problem and the price to fix it, if she agrees to the price, the diagnosis will be waved, but if she did not agree to the price, that she will only pay for diagnosisHomeowner agreed I did have time that morning, as I have other appointment , but homeowner begged me that her tenat don’t have power, so I have to call my other customer to reschedule their appointment in other to help this homeownerWhen diagnosis was done, I called the homeowner and explained the problems, .1)no power to all the bathrooms (three bathrooms outlets) was due to ground fault circuit interrupter trip in the masters bathroom outletI reset the GFCI.2)no power to downstairs family room, hallway, and bedroom was because of overload that was tripping the breakerTenant are pltoo much load to the circuit ..space heater, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc, on one amps circuitOverloading the circuit by amps, which can cause fireI even explain to the tenant that such overload can cause fire.3)Outlet in the hallway, living room, outside back porch needs to be replace due they are bad.4)In the garage Tenant are overloading the circuit with air compressor.I call the homeowner and explain the above, that it will cost of fixing those outlets is $and in responses, she said she will not paid $that he had her maintenance person to fix itI told her to pay the diagnoses fee of $+ tax and again in respone she told me that I should send her a bill, which is not our companies policy, payment is due upon completionShe started auguring that she did not trust me to pay $over the phoneI told her that if she did not pay, that I will put a lien on the houseLast week on 07/17/I got the cashier check of $65.00+ tax =$from homeowner.Please advice homeowner that if she wish to destroy Sweet Home Electric name, that we will spend everything that Sweet Home Electric have in the court of law to make sure that such a scam person like her will not destroy our good nameSweet Home Electric is proud of our service to the public and our customers proves so by their reviews.Thank youPatrick O [redacted] Sweet Home Electric LLC[redacted] ***Sent from Windows Mail

a call from homeowner that there is no power to her rental home in Tacoma. I Patrick O[redacted] received the call and I explain to the homeowner that we charge $65.00 + tax to do the diagnosis and that after diagnosis is done, that I will call her and explain the problem and the price to fix it, if she agrees to the price, the diagnosis will be waved, but if she did not agree to the price,  that she will only pay for diagnosis. Homeowner agreed.  I did have time that morning, as I have other appointment , but homeowner begged me that her tenat don’t have power, so I have to call my other customer to reschedule their appointment in other to help this homeowner. When diagnosis was done, I called the homeowner and explained the problems,………….1). no power to all the bathrooms (three bathrooms outlets) was due to ground fault circuit interrupter trip in the masters bathroom outlet. Tenant are plug-in too much load to the circuit…..space heater, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc, on one 15 amps circuit. Overloading the circuit by 28.6 amps, which can cause fire. I even explain to the tenant that such overload can cause fire.3). Outlet in the hallway, living room, outside back porch needs to be replace due they are bad.4). In the garage Tenant are overloading the circuit with air compressor.I call  the homeowner and explain the above,  that it will cost of fixing those outlets is $125.00 and in responses,  she said she will not paid $125.00 that he had her maintenance person to fix it. I told her to pay the diagnoses fee of $65.00 + tax and again in respone she told me that I should send her a bill, which is not our companies policy, payment is due upon completion. She started auguring that she did not trust me to pay $65.00 over the phone. I told her that if she did not pay,  that  I will put a lien on the house. Last week on 07/17/2015 I got the cashier check of $65.00+ tax =$71.18 from homeowner.Please advice homeowner that if she wish to destroy Sweet Home Electric name, that we will spend everything that Sweet Home Electric have in the court of  law to make sure that such a scam person like her  will not destroy our good name.
