[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The response is unsatisfactory HOWEVER we desire to close this case due to unreasonable responses we are receiving from the company and their accusations toward me as the reviewer and clientI feel harassed and I no longer want to interact with the company and hear out accusations towards the reviewerI am rejecting their response because: If indeed violence was present, the company should have pressed charges immediately on the spot when the police was calledWe the homeowners called the police that day to resolve the issueThere was no pressed charges by the company at the present time even when opportunity was givenOur family was having dinner and drinks at the leisure of our own home during a Friday nightWe had full rights to be at our own house to be having drinksIt should not be an open opportunity for the company to falsely accuse of anyone being "heavily drunk"No one was drunk at the time, and even if we as the client were drunk and being violent as we were accused, we would not have been the ones to call the policeAs stated in Number1, the company had the full opportunity to press charges if there was any violence present Such accusations of violence and drunkenness are now and ONLY being stated by the company as a defense of their unethical actions As a consumer we hold full rights to openly share our experience to the publicTo submit a review and a complaint to Revdex.com is a practice of the freedom of expression whether it may be good or badTo accuse of a bad review and experience to be humiliation is inappropriate and unprofessionalThere was NO refusal of payment whatsoever and all payments were sent immediately upon confirming that all of the work was finished and workingFor a client to hold off on final payment until they are able to see if all the electrical outlets and electrical functions were working is not a refusal of paymentIt is also the clients full right to want to make sure that all construction done was functional before making the final paymentWhether the power outage was related to the company or not, the fact is that there was no way to confirm that the work was completed and everything was properly functioning without the electricityWe do not accept the company's accusation of refusal of payment to be validWe no longer want to interact with the company because they do not want a peaceful resolutionRegards, [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

We hired Sweet Home Improvements for a small job: overhauling a bedroom - painting, replacing the door, and rebuilding what had been two side-by-side closets into one large closet
The company was the most responsive we had ever worked with The owner responded to emails and voicemails almost immedietely -- and when he didn't he apologized He showed up on time, was pleasant and courteous, and gave us a good quoteHe was clear about our various optionsWhen we went with some of of the less expensive options, he didn't pressure usSHI crew showed up on time -- in fact, earlyThe paint job and the closet looked great
The only challenge was the final "nine yards." The crew, for example, installed the door but didn't paint it By the time they returned, it had swelled and wouldn't closeWe felt the owner should have been on top of thisThe closet door handles fell off once we paid -- we did have to chase the owner a little to fix thisBut otherwise, all good

Lior and his crew were outstanding, detail oriented, efficient and completed the entire bathroom within budget and on time. Highly recommended.

Sweet Home Improvements did an excellent job updating my kitchen countertop/backsplash and hardwood floor. I appreciate that Lior is very professional and his crew completed the work on-time and within my budget. Lior has been easy to get a hold of, good with follow-up, and fair on pricing. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!
