Sweet Leaf Landscaping & Maintenance

On November 4th, I placed order number *** online for various teas from this companyI never received my productsI inquired about my purchase several times through the website where I made the purchases but never received a replyI finally tracked down the company's *** page which they apparently use to communicate with customersI complained to the company through the *** page and requested a refundI was then contacted by a representative from the company stating my purchase amount has been refundedI have not received my refund and I have been blocked from further communication with the company through it's *** page

I made a pre-order for some teaA month passed, get an email stating there was a problem with their shipment and a could choose to wait for another shipment in a month or a lower quality productI chose to waitAnother month goes by, nothing, months go by nothing, no more replies to my emailsVery shady, unprofessional emails prierFinally filed complaint with card company, got money backDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY!!!!! Could be you nextSome may get their order, some may not, do you want to be one that does NOT???

Review: I paid the full invoice of $320 plus $50 dollar tip in cash to company [redacted] to clean up my yard of leaves and blow out my lawn sprinklers on Dec the [redacted]. His crew cleaned up the yard but said his air compressor was broken and he would return the next week to blow out the sprinklers. I've called his number 4 times and left messages for him to call me back so he can let me know when or if he will return to blow out the sprinklers. There has never been a call back and now my lawn sprinkler system may be damaged due to the cold weather we've had.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $75 to cover the expense of hiring a new company to blow out the sprinklers and for Sweet leaf to fix any damages the frost may have done to my sprinklers due to his refusal to come back and complete the job he was paid in full to do.

[Your Answer Here. Approximately three weeks ago the [redacted] of Sweet leaf called me and agreed to pay me the $80 that I had to pay another company to blow out my sprinklers ( that Sweet leaf had been already been paid to do and didn't ). Sweet leaf has NOT sent me my refund
