I could not ask for moreHe called promptly after the warranty company called him The appointment was for the same day He called when he was running early to see if he could get here ahead of time (of course!)He found the problem very quickly, had the motor on his truck and got it resolved very quickly He also helped with some additional questions and concerns on the system at no additional costAnd now the system is working very wellBased on my experience, I definitely would recommend *** *** and Sweet Mountain Air

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This company is TERRIBLE! What a HORRIFIC experienceMy AC Compressor went out in June this year of My Home Warranty company chose Sweet Mountain Air for meI was told that I would be receiving a phone call, shortly that same day to set up an appointmentI never received a call so the next day I called and spoke with David who owns the companyDavid came to my house the day after we spoke
This guy has absolutely no people skills and very bad mannersWhen he arrived I say hi how's it going? He replies with, "You're having a problem?" He comes into my home, walks passed my wife and mother and doesn't even acknowledge themHis body language was as if we did not want to be there but he goes and checks out the problemIt was a Friday so he said he will submit whatever he needed to submit to my Home Warranty company first thing Saturday morning and that we should have a reply by Monday at the latest
Monday comes around and I don't hear back from him or my Warranty company so I call my Warranty company in the afternoonThey say that they have not received anything from Sweet Mountain Air so they will call DavidThey put me on hold and after speaking with David they come back to the line and tell me that he will send them the information they need by the end of the dayI call my Warranty Company the next day and still have not received anything from DavidThey put me on hold once again and say they left a voicemail for DavidSo I call David myself and left him a voicemail since he did not pick up the callMy wife looks up the company and reads that they are Notorious for doing things like this so now I am worriedNot to mention my mother was visiting from out of state and I have a year old, a year old, a dog and a frustrated wifeI call back my Home Warranty Company the next day and guess what? They still have not received anything from David so of course I'm upset, who wouldn't beI beg my Home Warranty to find me another company and they refuse and say that they need to receive the estimate from this company first
So I decide to drive to Sweet Mountain Air and pay them a visitAs I arrived, the company is actually a business ran out of a houseA lady in pajamas opens the door about a third of the way so I can see her face and a legI asked to speak with David and she said he was out workingShe asked if she can help me with anything so I explained everything up to this pointShe said she would call David right awayAbout minutes later I receive a call from DavidI asked David why hasn't he sent the estimate to my Home Warranty or returned any of my callsUp to this point I have not stepped out of line or disrespected himI asked what was going on that it was over one hundred degrees in my house for days now and that we don't have any family in town to go stay withNot one time did David apologize or show any empathyInstead he gives me the excuse that he owns the company and runs it therefore he is extremely busyThat he is always either at a job and in between jobs he returns callsThat he did call up my Home Warranty company but was on hold for too long so had to hang upThese are all real things he told me, I am not making this upI truly could not believe I was hearing thisI gave David a piece of my mind in a very professional way as I worked in services for over eight years
To make a long review short because this company just doesn't deserve this much energy from meMy Home Warranty finally received the estimateAnd it took days for my AC compressor to get replacedI wouldn't wish this on ANYONENot my worse enemyI will NEVER have Sweet Mountain Air do any work for me EVER again even for freeThis guy is as welcomed into my home as Donald Trump is in MexicoI wish zero stars were available on herePlease be smart and if your Home Warranty recommended this company run fast and refuse them before it is too late

MrDavid S*** did not completed the repairs on my air conditional and when he rescheduled, he was no show days so far with non air in the hot Arizona heat

I had to call my warranty company because my air conditioning was not blowing out cold airThat was at o'clock at night by the next morning sweet mountain air David ( owner) had called me back and said I will be there by PMHe was here at PMHe found out that my capacitor was ruined/broken and had the parts on the truck He was in and out in minutes problem fixedHe was very polite at all times and told me that he would keep my ticket for the next few hours to make sure that the unit cooled the house off ( he explained to me that it is minutes per degree over what you have your AC set on so it would take my house at least hours.) and nothing else happened so I didn't have to pay another warranty fee

David S[redacted], the owner does not return phone calls or texts regarding the work he has been doing on my heater for over a month. He keeps saying the part will be in tomorrow and say he will call to schedule an appointment to come to my home. The whole process keeps happening and he is not good on keeping his word or even have the decency to return my calls after voicemails and even doesn't text me back at all anymore. He scammed my Home Warranty company out of their money as well as my $100.00 deposit I had to put down for David to fix my heater. I had to find a local company and pay them to finish the job and my home warranty company won't pay.

And now the system is working very well.
Based on my experience, I definitely would recommend [redacted] and Sweet Mountain Air.

I had to call my warranty company because my air conditioning was not blowing out cold air. That was at 9 o'clock at night by 750 the next morning sweet mountain air David ( owner) had called me back and said I will be there by 1 PM. He was here at 1 PM. He found out that my capacitor was ruined/broken and had the parts on the truck. He was in and out in 45 minutes problem fixed. He was very polite at all times and told me that he would keep my ticket for the next few hours to make sure that the unit cooled the house off ( he explained to me that it is 10 minutes per degree over what you have your AC set on so it would take my house at least 2 hours.) and nothing else happened so I didn't have to pay another warranty fee.

This guy is as welcomed into my home as Donald Trump is in Mexico. I wish zero stars were available on here. Please be smart and if your Home Warranty recommended this company run fast and refuse them before it is too late.
