I arrived at 507amI sent a text after dropping her son off at school apologizing for being lateVeronica sent back a long text? stating that she understood, and that she was starting to rethink this current position because it required such an early start, she was waiting to hear back about another job that had more desirable hours.? Wednesday, I arrived at 4:55am and called her several timesShe finally came downstairs saying that she had lost her phone on the bus and and also her job because she had been late a few times prior to yesterdayShe also states that her son would not be going to school that day I offered to pay her dollarsThe fee for the days service was not rendered (per day) plus dollars I owed her from the payment she madeVeronica wanted a refund for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, stating that I had not provided service on WednesdayI told Veronica, I arrived to provide service on Wednesday and she declined thus I would not refund that day After we could not reach an agreement Veronica threatened me stating that if I did not pay her dollars (x days + dollars change) she would notify the Revdex.com and Yelp to let people know I was conducting a fraudulent business in an effort to sabotage my business I told Veronica during our initial conversation that the rate for service was per week regardless of number days of service, she agreedAs a business owner, poor reviews are detrimental and avoided at all cost but unfortunately we could not come to an agreement as Veronica attempted to use slander as a means of gainI am more than willing to pay her for the days service was not rendered and for the change owed from the original payment totaling dollars, but I will not be bullied for payment on a date that service was offered but declinedI am a professional and this small businesses is my livelihood and I treat it as suchI provide exceptional service to my clients and I feel it is unfortunate that people have the ability to wrongfully slander your name Thank you for the opportunity to respondIf any further information is required, feel free to contact me Kind regards, Lori [redacted] Cell (***) [redacted]
