JOB WAS NEVER FINISHED... I am disabled and on a low income pension. I paid in Cash $730.00 plus the use of my tools wood and products. You contacted me and said the job will be completed by the 24th of December 2018. Since then all wood and insolation had got water logged, you never covered up the holes or fixed them, I did not need excuses you did not show up because of the rain, because the rain got back into the wall that was not covered up or fixed. Almost 2 months now has passed, you did not post me a receipt or the contract of the job to be done. Many of the jobs are not complete or poorly done. I am disgusted I do not want you to come back and work on any of my projects again. Yes I am Not Happy more so Angry I got stiffed. So when the next person quotes me of the jobs that need to be fixed, give me a time frame and let me know if you can fix a hole or replace wood. And seal a hole on an RV, that is open to the rain and water leaking. Ã?¢Ã? Ã? Ã?¢Ã? Ã? I have a lot of health issues... and Very Disabled this is why I hired a person who I thought could do the job in a timely manner and understands that if you have a hole on the outside leaking rain water in to a RV why fix the inside that gets damaged again and again from the outside rain, destroying my products I paid for. My Money is very limited now... being retired and disabled. If you can imagine water entering your RV for almost 8 weeks and the handyman contractor did not cover it up. I am done, I have had it with them not showing up and the abuse of my money I paid... fair is fair these people but continues to put insulation into the walls that got wet again and again, and not covering up where the water was getting in in the first place. I have not been able to sell my RV because it still has a hole in the side of the wall. An unfinished project from a person who said he was a licensed. builder. Some of the other jobs you done was poorly done, or not completed for what you quoted. I am the consumer who hired you because you said you could do the job... Since writing the review, I have had black, blue-white mold all over the walls on the inside of my Travel Trailer. The contractor told a bunch of lies about their jobs don't leak, well, of course, they will lie and try and cover their as.

Since writing the review, I have had black, blue-white mold all over the walls on the inside of my Travel Trailer. The contractor told a bunch of lies about their jobs don't leak, well, of course, they will lie and try and cover their ***. I was sent a link, saying open this to see photos and costs of the job, well never guess what the link does not work. I believe that these people under quote other contractors and then start playing MR Extra Costs, within the project. Any person would see that deception was going on. Especially when you pay cash for the job and cash for supplying the equipment and products. My partner wants me to leave it alone and move on from these sham contractors, but if this message saves another person from being manipulated and scammed... especially the people who are venerable, #Sweet Po Concierge Services# did not complete the work and stole my money as the product was damaged with mold and swelling of the wood. In my opinion, they told many lies to get the job. I would not use them again. And if you use them think about taking out insurance. Better still use another contractor who is honest. On 11/13/2018, 8 weeks ago I started off with a hole in the roof and the side of my camper, I still have a hole in the roof. as of 01/09/2019. The job was quoted as followed: $80 to fix holes on the outside of the house $150 to fix small camper toilet floor and wall frame. $200 to fix the hole in the roof that is leaking, into a 2nd travel trailer. The wood he needed to fix the floor was apart of the deal and replace wood on walls. he said he could use the insolation I had at home to line the walls. They were talking about my paying more... and I did tell them to keep the window out then cover it over. They needed to buy some wood 3 sheets.... so I gave them $300.00 cash. I never got a physical receipt... and they sent a cyber receipt where I have to open links, that does not work. $750.00 I paid all up plus the use of my products. For a disabled person, it is a lot of money. All I wanted them to do was finish the job, it was not finished and damage has taken place back on the walls mold and wet insolation and wood water damage. I wander through my story how many others they have been scamming and taking money that was used fraud wise costing other clients. if you want to believe their truths, vs my truths, weigh it up and work out if hiring them is worth the risk or if you have to count your loss's. that I had to do.
