TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered a My Baby Sam, rosebud lane nursery bedding set with an additional hamper, changing pad cover, and rail cover. This was in mid April. I expected a delay in shipping, but when I sent 2 emails and 1 text message, I got no response as to the status of my order. This item is a gift and I really need to know if it is coming or not. If not I want a speedy refund! The phone number also does not work. Very bad service!

I placed an order over a month ago. Have not received it. Have attempted contact through phone, email & webchat. I can not get a response of any kind. Extremely poor service. I do not recommend.

After a very bad experience with a scamer I fouund This company on Ebay. The pricing was very fair. they did everything they said they would do in the time frame said they would do it. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. A top shelf operation

I have used Al Surplus for the purchase of two washing machines and a dishwasher. Both of these transactions went through very smoothly with no problems. I would recommend them. They carry upscale appliances at very good prices.

this company advertises products via an ebay store
it makes claims that are untrue
then based on that that it sets a fake "bargain " price

then if you make an counter offer
they ask for your phone number
and they call you trying to "hardsell" the product to you

then when you successfully argue against their prices
and your arguments are hard or impossible to counter

they get short, rude, insulting with you !!
and slam the phone on you

the notice). She has already received her complete order of two chestnut toy

policy our representative followed.

I'm one of the owners of Sweet
Retreat Kids. I wanted to follow up with you personally to help resolve this in
a way that will make you feel better about your order. We're a family business,
and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, you
caught us on a rare day when we're out of the office. You may have called our
store and noticed that we're out of the office through next Tuesday. In our
absence, we have someone helping return emails, so our customers won't have to
wait too long for a response. They simply followed the policy stated on our
website (noted in the screenshot below). This is such a rare issue that they
hadn't been trained to address it. They simply deferred to the Terms and
Conditions stated on our site. In practice, we try to be extremely flexible
with our policies and would be happy to honor the original price for you. We need
to have the policy to protect ourselves in very extreme cases. For example,
some of our custom furniture is over $10,000. In this situation, however, we
are very happy to take full responsibility for our error and send you the two
toy chests. I'm terribly sorry for this situation. I understand why you're
frustrated, and we want to make it right. The timing of this problem is
unfortunate because we would have loved to help. Just to confirm, would you
prefer to return the white toy chest and receive two in the chestnut color, or
would you like a second white one? We’re happy to help either way.
