Sweet Streak

Review: I placed an order with them on September 18, 2013, in the amount of $50. A week after placing my order I wanted to find out my tracking number so I can track my package. I checked on their website about my order and since 9/18/2013 till now it says "Processing". I filled out a Help Request form on their website, and received an email back stating that the items were backordered, should be in next week, do I still want them. I sent email back and told them Yes I still wanted the items please ship as soon as the items come in. The next week came and went so I tried to email them back for status, no response. I tried calling at different times of the day trying to reach them, no answer. I have not heard from a single person regarding my tracking number or delivery status. It's going to be almost a month now and I still have not heard from anyone from the company regarding my order. No one ever picks up the company phones.Desired Settlement: I want my products delivered to me within this week or I want a FULL REFUND. No exceptions. I will take LEGAL action if this does not happen by Friday October 18, 2013
