On August 24, 2017, I placed and order for tubes of DB551F MATTE SILVER beads - order number *** On September 21, 2017, I received a message from Aunties beads that only tube was available and "I am shipping the tube and will let you know when the others will arrive." On November 11th, 2017, I emailed Aunties Beads with regard to the status of the remaining undelivered tubesI was told that the tubes ($worth) were still on back order and unavailableI replied back that I wished to be credited the $I also placed order number for tubes of DBBRIGHT SILVER beads, which I paid for in full via Paypal On December 5th, 2017, I requested a refund of the $as I no longer wished to deal with this supplier There followed very rude comments from the seller about how they had been shipped This is not the case, what was shipped was Order Number for tubes of DBBRIGHT SILVER On December 11th 2017, I received order

I made numerous orders from Auntie's Beads with no problems until recently I waited one month for the delivery of my package and never received my items I paid through paypal, so I tried calling the toll free number provided at that website Each time I called that number the answering machine said the voicemail was not set up Then I sent an email at Auntie's Beads website I explained how I usually receive their packages in about ten days and had not yet received it and asked if I could get help in clearing up this matter [redacted] responded by saying I am so sorry Yes they had some mix-ups in some orders Paypal has closed the case due to non-action I emailed [redacted] again requesting a refund, It has now been days since I made the order and have not received itCustomer relations is obviously not a priorit., not even for returning customers

I ordered several items from their website, some which were marked at When I contacted the owner(days after ordering) asking when the items would be shipped out and telling her that I will be leaving the country soon for months so I need the package soon, I received a rude email explaining how I didn't pay for some items and asked for my credit card information (which I'm not willing to give out to just anyone) to pay for the rest of my itemsShe informed me that as it stood some of the "free" items were "mistakenly" shipped out alreadyWhen I emailed her back asking for this to be corrected, I was accused of taking advantage of them, she insinuated that I was stealing from her, and tried to make me feel bad for not wanting to give her my credit card number to pay for items that were marked as on their siteI did order other items marked anywhere from 2-dollars which she was trying to withhold from me, based on the fact that some "unpaid for items" were already ship

I placed an order with this company on 8/ They only sent part of the order and are now avoiding emails & phone calls to inquire where the remaining balance is What portion they did send was sent in poor packaging They do not communicate well, if at all I had to ask for a ship date and tracking number

I placed an order on Aug17, At this point I have called and left messages and get no responsePlaced on August 17, 12:38AM ABD-Aug 17, paid unfulfilled $USDThis my order number, date and timeThey have their money but I still don't have any of my order or explanation as to why it hasn't shipped What can I do to get my order and if not at least a refund?
