We did an event for this clientWe made two mistakes on her desserts1) We mixed up the flavors and gave her Red Velvet flavored cakepops instead of chocolate and vanilla that she requested2) We gave here white chocolate covered strawberries instead of milk chocolate as she requestedWhen
following up with the client about how our services were and she stated in an email as I have attached "Overall we were happy with the table." Then she displayed her concerns about the mistakes that we madeOnce we were made aware of our mistakes we apologized and then we offered to give her the correct items that she didn't getWe told her she could come by our store anytime and pick up the items that we messed up onShe declined our offer saying she lived far away was upset because we don't ship perishable itemsThe items we did delivered her were not returned to usThe red velvet cakepops and strawberried were eaten so the client did still enjoy those goodsThat's our reason for not initially offering a refund for those itemsWhen we offered to give her a free dozen of both items she declined and never mentioned anything about wanting a refund for those itemsHad she did, we would have worked something outShe then went to Yelp and left us a star review saying how bad of a company we wereAfter leaving us a star review then she contacted us and said she would like a refundI then explained to her after leaving a bad review on yelp, at that point we are not able to work or settle anything with herShe clearly stated that she was overall happy with the service but still left us a star review which I do not believe was warrantedHad she even offered to delete the review we could have then talked about some type of reimbursement but she did notI have attached our corresponding emails

I am rejecting this response because:they continue to not meet me at a fair resolution, they continue to make excuses as to why we can't reach a resolution of a refund for the items I didn't receive per the contractIf my situation was handled fairly and with respect since I brought up the concerns the day after the event I would've never reviewed, again they insisted that there's no such thing as requesting a flavor because they don't cater to clients that way yet all the review show that they do and past clients of theirs have confirmed that they do.because obviously I would've been a happy customerThey try to brush me away so many times and when I realize they lied to me because they do cater to other customers, I placed a review when I felt there were doing every effort to brush me under the rugHowever, I decided to contact them because I provided them a full and expensive payment for a service that was not for filfilled acoordinhly and therefore I believe that the best resolution is the refund for those two items that I never received under our contractThey are the business at fault, they were supposed to offer some sort of resolution in order for the review to be removedI do not have the power to determine what they can and cannot do to satisfy a customer concerns, obviously they were supposed to inform me that they would try to work with me and to kindly asked me to remove the review if they came to an agreement They never tried to come to an agreement , if they make the refund happen obviously I would have no problem with removing a review as long as we come to a fair conclusion regarding the breach of contract I'm looking for fairness nothing more

First of all, on the contract it was no end time, #I have never ever used *** company before. I had coordinators and the girl who set up the table did no once tell the coordinators the strawberries were given to the DJ, texted her with *** my coordinator to let her knowAlmost at the end of the wedding that's when the girl from *** company showed up rude and rushing my guest and then told me they were given to the DJ when I askedThe cake pops were not cake it was dough and I have more than people that will say how the cake pops where and the pretzels not freshYes my husband did get laid off but $dollars did not make our break us! It's the service, product and the rudeness that ruin the surprise for my husband that We can never go back and redoYes I filed the PayPal claim because, it's said how I called you over times and texted you and messenger you on Facebook no return call or textPlease refund me $for messing up my husband surprise and my wedding, thank you

My name is [redacted]. I'm the very proud owner of a small business known as Sweet Tooth Candy Buffets. I have been making people happy with candy and sweets for over 6 years now and I love what I do! It is very rare that I come across unhappy customers. If there comes a time when a customer is...

unhappy I always try my best to resolve the situation.    In the case of Mrs. [redacted] I am appalled by how she is handling this as she has been a previous customer of ours. This is the first time she orders a candy buffet however.    Per contract attached, the package selected by customer for her wedding was our smallest table option we offer at $375 with 4 candy jars, and 3 dessert options (one dozen of each). Mrs. [redacted] selected Cakepops, pretzels and marshmallows and added 2dz Infused chocolate strawberries ($70) there was a $40 travel fee which brought the total amount to $485. Most wedding typically spend $950-1500 on a display but she mentioned she just wanted something very small for 20-30 guests.     Per contract client was to provide a 6ft rectangle table. Upon arrival for setup we Were given a 4ft table to work with, we asked the staff to please find a larger table but they were unable to and so we did the best we could with what we were given.  Mrs. [redacted] requested the strawberries not to go on the table and instead given to someone to take to the brides room. Prior to the event I asked Mrs. [redacted] twice to provide me with the coordinators information so that we may contact them and give the strawberries to take to the bride but she failed to provide me with a name or telephone number. My candy girl found a staff member at the venue to give the strawberries to deliver to Mrs. [redacted].    The day client booked the event (3 days before the wedding) I disclosed to her over the phone that because it was so last minute we would be able to still provide the service (with no rush fee) but the table would be setup from 6-9pm and she agreed that wouldn't be an issue. Upon our arrival at 9pm we were informed that the wedding had started late. We waited until all the guests finished taking the candy at 10pm and did not charge her with extra fee. (per contract extra hr fee is $30)  In regards to the Cakepops - we make 100-300 Cakepops each week and also teach cakepop classes monthly. This is the first time In 6 yrs that We have have a complaint about "uncooked" Cakepops. I did my research asking other business owners who also make Cakepops if they had ever heard of such thing and they explained to me that some people simply don't know the texture of Cakepops is supposed to be that way. To better help you understand - Cakepops are made with baked cake cumbled into pieces mixed with icing to create a playdoh  like texture in order to be able to shape into a ball and be put on a stick and dipped into chocolate. We would never serve anything that could potentially be harmful to someone.    At the time of booking the client requested she wanted to pay the balance the day of the event but I explained to her full balance has to be paid in full 3 days before as stated in the 2nd page of our contract. She also made a comment that her husband had just lost his job and they couldn't afford to go to Hawaii. I don't know why this was mentioned to me but now that I look back at it I believe she had intentions from the beginning on making a complaint with false accusation after receiving a service in order to receive a refund.    Mrs. [redacted] has  harassed us on public social sites and has left bad reviews as well and contacted PayPal with a claim. Right now paypal is reviewing both sides to come up with a resolution.    I'm disappointed this is happening and hope to have a fair review of the situation.
