Sweetchoose

I ordered product from this company. For 3 weeks I never received any information about when my shipment was going to arrive. When I made a complaint with PayPal, I still received no information until I made a 2 complaint to PayPal. I had tried to contact the shipper on 3 separate occasion and never received any response back. When my shipment finally did arrive 4-5 weeks after I ordered it and with no notice via email, there were a couple of items that I wanted to return because I had already purchased the same items from a different company. When I emailed customer service they told me that they only receive returns in China and it would be way to expensive and that they would refund me $3 of my $112 and I should keep the item and give it away. I have been emailing them for the past 3 weeks and have asked SEVERAL times for their return address in China and they have yet to provide me with this address. They keep trying to give me $1 more than the last offer to keep the item. I told them I would like a refund of $100 for all the wasted time I have had, to which they offered me $15 to keep the items. At this point I just want my money back and for this company to be held responsible. I do NOT believe that they are located in the US as they claim, as the emails that I get are always in the middle of the night, which leads me to believe that this is a company claiming to be out of the US but really aren't. No where on their website does it state that they do NOT accept returns or that if you try to return any items, that they items need to be returned to China. I feel like I wasted $100 and was VERY misled.

I ordered 2 bathing suits from Sweet Choose. Neither of them fit. I emailed the email address asking for a RMA. After several emails back and forth with Sweet Choose, they won’t give me a RMA to return the suits. They said they would give me a partial credit of $8 which I paid over $80 total. They said I could not return the suits without a RMA to get a credit which they refuse to give me.
