I placed my order for my sons birthday party. She started having personal issues going on with her husband. But she still asked for the other half of the money. I sent it. After that she changed the date of pick up I was OK with that. Then the day that I was supposed to pick it up she messages me telling me that her husband ruined everything and she would have to give me a refund. I said ok because she was getting a divorce. Then I asked for my refund so I could get my son a cake and other things. Then she told me she couldn’t give me a refund and kept giving me three different excuses. One of them was that her business account was locked so I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days. It’s been six days and I still have not received my money. I have been reaching out to her been trying to keep in contact with her to ask her what’s going on. Then I see her posting about getting her hair done and different things like that and giving out a deposit. But I still do not have my refund.
