Sweets by Dee

The owner of Sweetsby Dee who is selling food and desserts through Facebook and Instagram who has a business license posted on these sites was contacted by me to fix 2 desserts for me weeks before due date of November 26th 2019 and to have ready for pickup at 6pm by my mother and niece. I was to pay before the pickup through cash app for the owner to make the desserts. I spoke with the owner the 25th of November to confirm she would complete my order before I paid her on the morning of the 26th of November at 10 am she was paid I text her to confirm again before paying and then told her it would be paid and that it had been paid she received my money. The owner asked me what time did I want it for I told her through text messages that I wanted the 2 desserts that totaled $50 at 6 pm on Nov. 26 she stated she would be off her other job at 2. At no time did she state that she wouldn't be able to do the desserts and she took my money knowing she would commit fraud and not provide my desserts. I have text messages proof of all of this. My family showed up at 6pm and she didn't answer the door and we text her and the owner went off on us and told us her son had the flu she was at the hospital no cakes comes before her son and at no time that day did she tell me this when she took my money on that day. I would not want anyone to cook my food around someone with the flu I wouldn't have used her. I asked for my refund to which she stated she took all my money off her cash app card and couldn't give it back that way that she would Walmart to Walmart me back my money and she lied. She got real nasty and started playing games like she was at Walmart sending it sending me pictures of her baby and her at Walmart to which no money was sent. When I informed her I would be reporting her she stated someone owed her $150 and she would cash app me my money back. She cheated me on Thanksgiving night she sent $23 and she owe $50. She posted after all of this happened on her FB page now that she doesn't give refunds.
