Do NOT purchase from this company
In September of 2020 I ordered a replacement hose for my Miele vacuum. It didn't resolve the problem. I reached out to their support team via email - no response. I contacted Miele directly and was told that particular model required a board inside the unit in order to address the issue. I tried calling the company about the board and received no return phone call. I contacted customer service 4 different times (3 via email, one via phone) All the phone calls to the company go to voice mail and are never acknowledged. The emails go unanswered. I am out $200 for a vacuum hose that did not resolve the issue. Sweet Sweep Customer service is non-existent. To make it worse I used PayPal for the purchase thinking there was buyer protection for a bad transaction. All I receive from PayPal is that I received the item - that isn't the problem I need help engaging the company and they aren't doing anything other than telling me I got the item. Between the horrible, non-existent SweetSweep customer service and PayPal being useless you end up in a black hole and out money.

Review: I ordered a vacuum part on October **, 2013 and was told in an email that it would be sent out within 4-7 days. I have called the business 4 times and all I get is an answering machine. I've left messages and have gotten no response. I've emailed the manager and the order department and I have never received an answer to my emails. The company has my credit card information and that worries me.Desired Settlement: A phone call that they will deliver the product I ordered. I want to speak to them personally.

3. Customer left message Nov. ** on our automated voice messaging system. We have called back and could not get the customer - left voice message saying - its still in back order and customer has option to cancel the order at anytime and credit card has never been charged.
