I called this morning to speak with Dean [redacted] the Owner. I was told by Linda [redacted], Office Manager, that Mr. [redacted] was not in. I explained the reason for my call, indicating that I wanted to speak with him regarding a service I was offering. Linda tone became increasing more irritated and said that they were not interested. Myself and my colleague have spoken with Linda several times before and she continues to exhibit less than professional behavior. I thanked her and said goodbye. As I was hanging up the phone she said "rude bh" and then hung up. I immediately redialed the number and Linda would not answer. She let the call go to the company answering machine where I identified myself again, left the message that I did not appreciate her unprofessional behavior by calling me a rude bh because I was neither rude, nor a bh. Mr. [redacted] should be aware of the type of person he has representing his company.
