I have investigated the complaint and found that you have only part of the story The customer did return the item and we originally refused to give credit because it did in fact appear to have been dropped What was not told to you is that we sold the customer a replacement, took his contact information and promised to call the vendor to request a warranty return All of this took place on Friday, March 9, The vendor’s response to our description of the damage product and our inquiry as to a warranty replacement was agreement that the product had been dropped The vendor, however, agreed to accept the return in warrantyYesterday morning our salesman called the customer and told him he could obtain a credit As of this writing, the customer has not returned to the store for the credit [redacted] Treasurer PH #
