Review: Bought a new [redacted] silage bagger on December 10, 2012. Did not received the bagger until May of 2013. The bagger did not have the Hydraulic lift kit. We received the lift kit in September of 2013 and they refuse to install it or get us installation instructions.Desired Settlement: Would like Swiderski's to install the lift kit and reimburse us for the time we spent trying to install it ourselves.

In response to [redacted] complain't, the bagger was purchased on Dec 10 2012, the bagger was not delivered because the Hyd lift was back ordered from the manufacture. In May [redacted] called and needed the bagger to put up his crop, he aggreed to take bagger less the hyd lift, we were paid in full and agreed that we would get him the lift when we recieve it from the manufacture. We received the lift from the manufacture in August and delivered it to the customer asap. The lift did not have installation instructions and it was in the manufactures hand to get the customers the instructions. This took a couple of more weeks to accomplish and the customer wanted to use the equipment that he had purchased and could not figure it out. Directions were finally received and customer had someone install which required welding. I agreed with the customer that I would install which was not part of the orginal agreement. We will pay the 1200.00 to the customer for this.

The customer purchased the bagger from us because their was no availablity anywhere else, customer location is over 200 miles from the store which caused alot of additional problems beyond the original agreement.
