Review: Paid $190 for on line training/coaching for 4 weeks. I was suppose to speak with trainer at least one a week, regarding process and how to do the next weeks work out routine. I contacted him in the begining, regarging when to start and how to do routines, rarely got a reply, he did call one time and went over the first week. send him a couple of text meaasge abd pictures never heard from him again. He was suppose to call on sundays never did. He was active in replying back before he received paymeny but that was not story after payment.
