Response to complaint is as followsCustomer [redacted] brought me his vehicle on 10/14/to be worked on [redacted] / estimator of Met Life came to process claim on 10/18/, and I was informed to hold off on any work on the vehicle until second claim investigation was doneAt that time Mr [redacted] was told by MetLife to return the Hertz rental and pick up his vehicle since it was in a drivable condition and return it when investigation was complete to begin work, which he did not do soWork begun on his vehicle around mid-November .Parts ordering and Weather conditions became a factor on and delayed some work .Also additional work from supplement claim to be done added to time frameBut we were in constant communication with customer via text messages and he was aware of these conditions Around the second week of December, his allotted car rental allowance had surpassed and he had to return the rental I lent him my personal vehicle , a Chrysler to use as a loaner in good faith During this time I became very ill and was admitted into hospital on 12/27/until 1/3/ Mr [redacted] was informed and was sympathetic of the situationI have been slowly recovering and work is being completedI have been in constant communication with Mr[redacted] this whole time via text messagesSettlement is as follows R&R, polishing and graphics installation will be completed and vehicle will be returned to customer on this date 1/30/As for vehicle rental reimbursement,It is not my responsibility to cover those expenses, since customer decided to not return rental when told to do so in the beginningalso Customers deductibles have been waived on both claims

I am rejecting this response because: Hello this is [redacted] I have a complaint with Paul swift mobile auto body, llc he had my car since October 14th and I barely got it back and it's a horrible job he's done I'm asking for the money my insurance giving him here are pictures and two videos

investigation was done.
