To whom it may concern Blair well and pump service did a service for mrs [redacted] on Christmas Eve and we came back twice that day for multiple different issues that she was having problems withOur company went above and beyond trying to make mrs [redacted] happy but there was no making her happy she wanted half of the job for freeShe even wanted us to come back and do a free repair after her large dogs had chewed the wire and conduit completely in two outside and said it was our faultBy the time we had finished mrs [redacted] wanted us to warranty one of our competitors pump she also after we had agreed to do the electrical job for half price and then she wanted to electrical part done for free and on top of that she also wanted us to come back out and repair the wires that her large dogs had chewed in two for free and we refused to do that and we stand behind that decision 100% Sincerely Blair well and pump LLC

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I'm not going to dignify those lies and inaccuracys with a response, but I want to just say that the Revdex.com is supposed to protect consumers against this kind of misinformation and bad business practice The FACTS are, the website said, Free estimatesI have proof of thisThe bill I received states" $dollars for (free) estimate"I could send you a copy of this if you would likeI did not agree to the diagnostic chargeI told him I had a leak and he did nothing to prove thatI had a leak and needed an estimate that is all, the water in the front yard seemed proof enough to meHe INSISTED on payment at the time and being confused why he would ask, I questioned him about itHe then gave me some sad sop story of how he had to pay so much per month to just operate and pay all his empolyees that he had to charge people This is a small, family owned business which has scammed me and I feel cheatedHe also threatened me over the phone when I confronted him about this fraudulent chargeThis business needs to learn that good customer service is more important than making a few bucksThey obviously feel like scamming and lieing to people is a good business modelLet us see where that will lead you.Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern.Blair well and pump did a job for Mr [redacted] and he had us patch a 50+ year old lineHe was told it may not be a permanent repair and should think about a line replacementHe chose to spot repair and the line developed more leaks that we are in no way responsible for We offered to install a new line at a discounted rate and the home owner refusedwe are always upset when one of our customers are disgruntled or upset with something we have done and we go above and beyond to try to make things rightIn this case we could not do a full line replacement for Mr [redacted] for free but did offer him a $discount and he refused We thank you for your time

The customer terence *** at *** ** *** *** *** called us out for a water well issue
My self and a technician arrived at the job with a combined knowledge of more than years of experienceWe discussed the job and decided what would be the most effective and cost efficient repair
for the customer, and we gave him an estimated cost of repairHe was charged $for a diagnosis which usually cost 125.00, but he mentioned our $on online couponHe was also informed that if he decided to have one of our licensed professionals make the necessary repairs required to put his well system in proper running order the $charge would be waved, and he agreed, we shook hands, and gave his credit card informationHis signature was also received during this transactionA few hours later our company started receiving multiple phone calls and on each occasion we explained the situation and he agreed each timeLater that evening Mr *** Began sending text messages saying that his wife was mad and that he didn’t ask for a diagnosis and that he just wanted an estimatewe explained multiple times that we can not offer an estimate with out knowing what the issues are, and that requires a diagnosisMR *** went on to continue texting me a good part of the evening, and could not be reasoned withHe was told there will be no refund and that our conversation was over after many attempts to reconcile the situationMr *** agreed to the diagnosis, which was accurate and fairWe strive to please our customers, and tried very hard to work this situation outUnfortunately we were not able to compromise with the client, and the happens very rarelyOur company is very honest and reputable, and we have always charged a diagnosis fee that the customer agrees toI hope this letter will give everyone a better understanding of the situation, and understand why there will be no refundsThank you so much for your time

Blair well and pump attempted to do work for this customer and could not make him happyAfter a lightning strike we could not retrieve his pump from the old well so we worked with his insurance to get him a new oneIn the mean time while waiting on a response from his insurance which was delayed
for days by his insurance, we had our electrician and our hvac crew come out and get him in good working orderAfter we told his wife that was a pleasure to deal with that we would be back on monday or tuesday, David called us on saturday and sunday and I returned his call on monday and he was iratethe job would have been done on mon-tues just like we had promised but we could not make him happyOnce in a great while we get a customer that you just cant satisfy and this was one of those situationsWe wish their family the very best and hope they resolved their situation

Blair installed a new pump and tank that was and still is working properlyThe customer called us out for a warranty repair that had nothing to do with the product we installedThe problem was a broken water line, and we told the customer it would be an additional $for repairThey insisted
that it should be covered by warranty and we tried our best to explain to them that we could only warranty a product that our company had installedHer husband called me a few weeks later and I explained the situation to him and he said a plumber friend of his was coming out to look at it and if they didnt agree with our diagnosis they would give us a callWe haven't heard back from this customer or their plumberWe hope all is well and everything has worked out well for youThank you for your time

We offered to install a new line at a discounted rate and the home owner refused. we are always upset when one of our customers are disgruntled or upset with something we have done and we go above and beyond to try to make things right. In this case we could not do a full line replacement for Mr [redacted] for free but did offer him a $500 discount and he refused.  We thank you for your time
