We have received the complaint info from your office and as instructed we are
responding to the complaint with hopes to resolve and get this omitted from the Revdex.com files to keep our business in good review for potential clients
I will try to detail an exact accounting of what actually occurred with this situation to the best of my knowledge for more clarity:
Mr*** *** owns a bldg in the City of O'Fallon, IL of which he leases space to businesses for rentOne of the said businesses, (The *** *** has called our company, (Swift) for numerous prior work orders at this locationHowever, on this particular call we performed a De-scaling of a tank-less water heater which was located in the crawl space of Mr***'s bldg on XX-and have been unsuccessful at collecting the invoice amt due of $We have made several attempts to ask for payment, as it is well over past due and the terms are Net daysAfter these requests were ignored and no pmts have been received to date, we felt it in our best interest to try a more drastic approach and mailed the copy of their open invoice due along with an "unfiled" General Contractors Mechanics Lien that we planned to file (if necessary, but had hoped would not be) to ensure pmt would be made
Mr*** did not make contact with us for any info regarding this situation for resolutioninstead, he chose to make very derogatory remarks and comments on Yelp.com as well as with the Revdex.comThus why we are responding in hopes to gain your understanding of this matter and our positionSwift Plumbing LLC strives to provide exceptional, reliable and reasonably priced work to our residential and business communityIn today's world, we rely upon word of mouth and social media outlets such as Yelp and Revdex.com to drive business favorably in our directionWith that being said, we feel Mr*** did not report the truth on the situation to these outlets and appreciate your help in this matter to get it amended
The work performed for his tenant was not requested by him personallyHowever, the work performed was necessary for the building that he does indeed own
