Swift Plumbing responded promptly to my phone call and provided clear and straightforward information about my hot water replacement options, including a ballpark cost estimate right on the phone! No waiting to figure out if I could afford to do business with them. When I called back with additional technical questions I received clear answers without any up-selling pressure. Once I decided to proceed I was given a same day appointment. The installer was prompt and professional. Only parts that needed replacement were changed. Overall great quality and great service. I would definitely call Swift Plumbing again and recommend them to friends or neighbours.
