Review: I ordered 3 motor vehicle products adding up to $850, Once payment was complete emails and phone calls were ignored and the parts were never received.Desired Settlement: To receive the products that were ordered and reply to emails and answer the phone.

Review: Hi, on 16/11/2012 , I sent Swift Racing Technologies NZ$8617.10 for the purchaser of a SRT LEXUS STAGE 3 COMPLETE TURBO KIT. It is now 03/28/2013 and I have not received my goods that have been paid for by bank wire payment. after many emails to ** the CEO, said it would ship in 2 weeks. that was on 8th Feb. 2013. Since that date they will not reply to any emails or fax and have basically stolen or scammed me of a large amount of money as I have not received my goods after 5 months. This is not acceptable . I have a full record of all communications and payments.Desired Settlement: I want the kit that I have paid for, but as it appears this will not happen I will require a full refund immediately.

Review: First of all, I just want it noted that this has gone from my greatest expectations to a nightmare I wish I had never done. This turbo kit (at a cost of $6319.81 plus tax from [redacted] in [redacted], KY) is supposed to be the best BOLT-ON turbo kit for my car, a 2001 Lexus IS 300. The fact of the matter is; a bunch of the parts included in this kit DID NOT WORK with my car. I had SEVERAL workmanship and installation issues, MOST of which cost money to correct, ALL of which required extra time and work to correct. Let me also mention that 6 months is a LONG time to be without your primary vehicle, and that every e-mail, call, and attempt at communication to SRT was LUCKY to hear back ANY response within a week or two. Most e-mails/calls/questions about the incorrectly built/problematic turbo kit went out with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. This type of install took me by myself 1 week to complete on a different car I had, but because of the multiple fitment/compatability issues of this "bolt-on" kit, my car was down for literally 6 months. I have been in management in the auto service industry for 11 years and I would NEVER treat a customer like this. Concerns go un-noticed and customers left waiting for answers to questions regarding the compatability of a product that is supposed to be compatible and ISN'T...that is unacceptable after spending this kind of money on a product. Other aftermarket turbo-kit companies like [redacted] supply the CORRECT parts and still respond IMMEDIATELY to questions regarding their product. Heck, they even answer the phone occasionally...

The first problem started when I first ordered the kit. It was ordered 12/5/13 (have all receipts), supposed to be built/shipped in 6 weeks - so middle of January early January. Unfortunately, SRT did not ship the kit until middle of March, setting the whole process of installing the kit back 2 months to start. This time was not included in my original 6-month claim. Once the kit arrived and it was taken to the shop to install it, the REAL problems began. Here are the issues I can remember having with the kit:

* Incorrect wiring diagram supplied with kit: SRT could not be reached for help - full voicemail and would not respond to email/phonecalls. Saught help at [redacted] in [redacted] - 1 hour round-trip for shop to then get the issues fixed with [redacted] technician. [redacted] is the manufacturer of the computer supplied with the SRT turbo kit. Other issues are as follows:

* MISSING PARTS FROM KIT: Bolts for Turbo Flange, Exhaust Flange Gasket, COOLANT TEMP SENSOR, 2 SPARK PLUGS (only came with 4...6 are required for this vehicle)

* INCORRECT PARTS IN KIT: Wiring diagram, Oil return line(too big for turbo/tap), Oil Feed Line to turbo (did not work with supplied fittings and was VERY small), Wrong type of hose for ABS pump...would have deteriorated VERY quickly -- safety issues disturb me a little. The Sprint 500 is too basic for this vehicle, so that is disappointing that they would chose the dirt-cheap model instead of utilizing the best efficiency of the motor and its valve timing functions. Some of the options my car has (VVT-I, traction control, etc) CAN NOT work with this computer.

- Intercooler?!?! Really I think they just welded the mounting brackets on the wrong side, cuz [redacted] even said the intercooler was backwards like I thought. I had to drill huge sections out of my bumper to make the supplied intercooler work, since it was incorrectly built for my car and cannot be fixed easily. Left voicemails about these last few issues...NEVER CALLED BACK. So now I need a bumper :-()

* ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WITH THE KIT:

- Turbo Flange was warped/out of spec from the welding process. Had to move ABS unit to make it work and loosen/tighten mounting bolts perfectly to make it all work.

- COOLANT TEMP SENSOR(listed in kit inventory, but was not included) WAS required despite technician being told it would not require one. SRT was contacted and specifically said it did not need a coolant temp sensor to work with the stock ECU. WELL IT DID! At $150 cost to me done at [redacted]

- ABS pump was supposed to be left unmounted....REALLY? Tech had to fabricate a spacer to mount ABS to make it safe to drive everyday. Really this is supposed to be a practical/reliable kit, and such things as ABS module being unmounted REALLY bothers me. I have worked at auto repair shops for 12 years and have NEVER been so careless as to give such horrible advise to a customer.

ADDITIONAL things I had to buy to get this $ all-inclusive kit to work:

Coolant temp sensor - $50

2xIridium Spark Plugs - $16

Hi-temp hosing for oil dump - $60

Braided line for oil feed line - $40

Exhaust Flange Gasket - $9

Bolts for Turbo Flange - $3

$700 in ADDITIONAL labor for problems with kit: coolant temp sensor install/ABS module mounting/Intercooler mounting/computer & wiring troubleshooting (Instructions were worthless basically)

= $878 extra dollars to make the kit work.

Then, finally at [redacted] to get tuned after 2 extra months waiting on the kit, 3 months troubleshooting/installing the BOLT-ON kit, found that the options for the supplied [redacted] Sprint 500 is NOT adequate for the VVT-I or other options the Lexus has.

I feel I bought the wrong kit altogether for the car even though it was specifically made for my car by a "reputable" company. This is not my first turbo install, so I know there is a lot of work/modification needed to install a turbo on a N/A vehicle. But with NON-EXISTENT customer service and shady kit contents/craftmanship it took 6 MONTHS. I did my 98 Civic by myself with [redacted]'s online diagrams in 2 weeks. I feel I could have done better myself, and with the parts supplied in this kit could have saved at least $2k AND had an easier install with the correct computer. It's quite frustrating when the money is spent BEFORE the stuff hits the fan. And with SO MANY missing and incorrect parts, I feel I am entitled to monetary compensation. Once again, at EVERY issue we ran into, SRT was contacted via e-mail, phone message, or phone call. They just VERY seldom respond to customer questions/concerns apparently.

Thank you for your time in this matter. [redacted]Desired Settlement: $878 of extra expenses to make this kit work on my car to be issued to me as a check or money order. The kit was supposed to include EVERYTHING I would need, and turned out to be FAR short of that.

I incurred other expenses, but I have written them off as optional repairs I had done at the time of install. And these are all I can remember at this time.

Review: I purchased a 'SRT Honda '06+ Civic SI Complete Ultimate Turbo Package' but when SRT shipped the parts out I did not receive the Turbo Manifold or Intercooler. I contacted them about this issue and was told they would be shipped to me in 1-2 weeks. It has been over a month now and the company isn't responding to any emails, faxs or phone calls.Desired Settlement: Receive the turbo manifold and intercooler.

Review: I had ordered my item(high flow intake system) from swift racing technologies on November 26 2013. the site had said please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. the next day my credit card was charged the full 510 dollars of the order. as the third week passed I had given them an email to the sales team requesting an update on my order. they did not respond. a couple days later in December 23 2013 I gave them a call requesting an update on my order and they said it would ship latest Thursday

December 26 2013 and to this day it has not arrived at my front door. I had sent them another email to sales and customer support teams yesterday January 8 2014 requesting an update on my order and if it had shipped. no response just as last time. today January 9th 2014 I called them numerous times with no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered

Review: I had just received the product today and when I opened the box there were 2 couplings for the product missing making it impossible to install and straight from the box which was in perfect condition, the intake pipe itself was scratched. the kit includes

a high flow air filter

intake pipe

primary intake pipe

heat shield

hoses and clamps

a racing ECU

and 3 couplings (I only received 2)Desired Settlement: I wish to have a working intake system that is in a new condition I feels though SRT is doing an unacceptable job as a business as they do not return phone calls or emails. I do have open complaint regarding SRT. ID # [redacted] I would like to have my intake come in flawless with no missing parts without all the hassle and time spent with these problems. I am only 17 with a part time job and 509 dollars is a lot for me to spend I wish I could get my moneys worth for once. thank you.
