Review: I was driving on the expressway on July 23rd and was side swiped by a Swift truck. I was stopped as there was congestion. The lane to the left of me was going and a truck swiped my drivers side mirror and continued to drive away on the expressway. I am sure that he did not notice that he merged too close to my lane and the middle of the trailer swiped my mirror and pulled it off. I was able to get the license plate and trailer number but the truck drove away and I could not chase after him, as we were on a busy expressway. I called the police and a police report was made. I also called Swift's claims department that same day to file a claim. Ever since then I have had to continuously make calls to check-in on the claim. At first I didn't receive any call back and had to complain to the supervisor. Since then, he has emailed me to tell me that it will be another week. That was two weeks ago. They say that the hold up is that they are unable to get pictures of the truck/trailer. I believe that they are now putting me off, claiming they are "investigating" but "have no photos yet" - its been a month - why no photos? I have become very angry. The mirror had to be completely replaced, $430, which I believe I should not have to pay for since I was hit. The company doesn't seem to be taking me seriously. It is now August 21st and the driver could have easily covered up any damage or indication that he hit my plastic mirror from his "metal" trailer. With a month of driving state by state, I am sure there are other scratches, dings, etc that have occurred and I am sure the weather could have also washed away any kind of evidence. I am sure that they will come back if I continue to pursue and tell me that they will not pay for the damage because of lack of evidence. If I do not pursue, I do not feel that they will even respond. I am very angry and want justice!! I do not have 430.00 to spend on damage to my car that was clearly not my fault. It should NOT take a month to attain pictures of the trailerDesired Settlement: I would like for Swift Transportation to acknowledge that an accident occurred and that they were at fault. I would like them to pay for the damage to my mirror, as I have emailed them several pictures and invoices from the repair to my car. I expect Swift to pay for this damage. There is no reason why this investigation is taking so long and why they cannot attain pictures. I have invoices and pictures if needed. I deserve to be re-payed for this incident. I am outraged at this service!!

Review: I was involved in an auto accident with a semi truck operated by Swift trucking company. The truck was at fault and was ticketed by the police.Mohave transportation insurance is the insurance company for swift trucking.In a written agreement Mohave transportation agreed to pay for all medical bills due to the accident. The accident happened in June and Mohave transportation has not paid for any medical bills. They will not return my calls or emails and I am being sent to collections for over $3000 in medical bills.Desired Settlement: Mohave transportation should stay honest to their written agreement to pay for all medical bills.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of property [redacted]. On July 23, 2013 a Swift Transportation Truck Driver drove an eighteen wheeler on a small resident street. The driver's name per the police report is [redacted] and he is employed by Swift Transportation. My issue is that Mr. [redacted] drove his truck on a small residential street and in the process he tore down power lines and still continued driving as he pulled power lines across the top of my house. I have pictures attached showing the damage he caused. He stated that his GPS routed him to this road even though you can clearly see that is was a residential road and the truck was wider than the road. I contacted Swift and spoke with the adjuster that was handling the claim and he was very rude and to the point which was Swift is not paying on this claim due to it was the [redacted] fault no if and 's or buts. The claim adjuster name is [redacted] and my claim number is [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] contact phone number is ###-###-####. I contacted the [redacted] and they stated

it was Swift Transportation fault. I contacted my homeowner's insurance company

([redacted] Insurance) Mr. [redacted] who is my contact person at the insurance company and he stated that [redacted] is not responsible because Swift Transportation Company is responsible. No one is taking the blame for this incident. My house is damaged and I don't know what to do to get it fixed. Please advise me as what should I do. I have attached pictures and the police report that was given to me. I also attached my homeowner insurance company and policy number information. Any help will be appreciated.

A representative from Swift transportation called my cell phone at 4:40pm local time in Az on 7/24/2013 looking for my brother. I told the man that this was not my brother's phone and to please not call me again. Today 7/25/2013 I received two phone calls from the same person, the first call was at 9:12am AZ time which he left a voicemail and identified himself as [redacted] is his direct phone number) from Swift Transportation and the second was 11:09am. Now I work at my job from 530pm till about 4am and don't fall asleep till around 5 am. I was awakened again by the second phone call and was annoyed. I realized it's as the same person from the day before and earlier this morning. He again was looking for m y brother. I again told him this was not my phone and was wondering why he called me again even though I asked him to not call me again. I explained to him why I was annoyed that he called me again even though I asked him not to call me again the day before. I also told him that I had been sleeping due to my job and he ridiculed me about still sleeping at 11am in the morning. I didn't think this was any of his business. I tried to call the 800 number again and asked for a supervisor and they refused to connect me to one. I then called the corporate office and asked to speak to someone about Filing a complaint. The person asked me what was happening and I explained it to her and she didn't know what to do. She asked me another question and I was answering her she just transferred me to a voicemail. I did not appreciate this and do not believe this was very professional or taken seriously.

Review: I was treated by staff very disrespectfully. I was harassed on a daily basis. During the class days people continually smoked cigarettes. The driving instuctors, they were not,used profane language around me and other students. The driving instructors consistently raised their voices at time yelling at me in front of other students. The driving instructors threatened me and tried to intimate me. They called me harassing names. They tried to demean me. I was told important items about the truck driving after I had signed their contact that I needed to know before enrolling in the school. They kept it hidden. I am informing all veterans to avoid their school. It not worth the time and money.Desired Settlement: I want the contact I signed voided and a full written apology letter from every employee that treated me this way.

Review: To whom it may concern my name is [redacted] I was a previous employee of swift transportation

located in Phoenix, AZ as a professional driver there was an incident that took place on 08/20/2012 I received a ticket from a Chicago police officer standing in front of my home for open container of beer I was not in my company truck I did not receive a d.u.I nor did I receive a Breathalyzer test from the officer. Dot regulation state that a truck driver is under the influence when [redacted] bac is (0.04) percent or higher I never had got a test from the officer. Once I gave the officer my cdl license while standing in front of my home he saw that I had a cdl and my truck was park in front of my home the officer instructed that I had to move my truck cause it could not be park on a residential block or he would have it towed so once he wrote ticket without giving me a Breathalyzer test I had to get in and move the truck. Now on 10/03/2012 I was called in by swift to get a search in my truck by the terminal manager reason they search my truck are still unknown he look in my truck and search trew my clothes and personal belongings and he found the open can ticket in one of my personal folders we went back to his office to discuss the ticket I inform him that I was off duty and the officer instructed me to move my truck he told me to step out the office and when I return he terminated me and put on my dac report drug/alcohol violation: yes. Swift transportation never gave me a drug test besides the first test I took before employed they never gave me a Breathalyzer I never had a dui in my company truck nor in my personal car. I have been out of work for 8 months I have applied to other trucking positions but was denied employment because swift has on my dac that I have drug/alcohol violation when I never even was tested for anything I never fail a drug test in my life never had a dui. I need to take actions on swift to remove this information from my dac report because it’s false.

If you ask swift to provide proof of me failing a drug test of breath test they can not cause I never was tested but they have that on my dac report.

Review: Me and Swift had a signed release and settlement agreement that has never been paid to me regarding an incident that occurred by one of their drivers in [redacted] on 11/17/2015. Here it is 1/2/16 and they still have not paid me the settlement agreement for $1,088.00. I have even sent them a certified letter in regards to the payment and incident and they will not even give me a return phone call. I have a copy of the agreement that has not been paid.Desired Settlement: I would like Swift Transportation to pay the agreement that was established between us. The settlement agreement is for $ 1,088.00.
