No contact info or product deliveredWebsite takes money via PayPal but has no shipping or contact info. I called twice a number listed in Revdex.com website. A guy with accent answers, I tell him my issue & all he asks for is my email & says I [redacted] get shipping info. I call back a few hours after not receiving anything. It appears to be the same guy with the accent. So I first ask what company is it. He says it's not a company its customer service. I ask for who & he says for everything. I ask how is that possible & the man asks if I have a prob or not. After telling him that I paid for shoes I didn't get & never receiving an email, he tells me I have the wrong number & never come back againDesired SettlementRefund & business shut down if not legit

I purchased a pair of shoes from swiftkickz on July 21,2015. At first I never received any tracking information on the shoes and I emailed them twice and inquired if I was ever going to receive any tracking information. Each reply was that shipping information was going to be sent to me through the email but I was never given any shipping information. It took 9 days before I even received my shipment and it was to be received by July 25th at the latest. When I received the shoes they were the wrong size so I emailed the company and told them the shoes were the wrong size and that I would be sending them back and would like my money refunded. The company said alright and that after they received the shoes they would reimburse me the money back. On August 12,2015 I emailed them saying the shoes are in your possession and how long would the refund process take and I was met with silence. I waited a couple of days and then emailed them back and the owner of the company said I would be reimbursed later that day and later that day nothing happened. Now every time I email them asking where is the refund I am expecting I am met with total silence as if they do not here me anymore. I even sent them a direct message on their [redacted] account and they never even responded to that either. It has been almost three weeks since this company has received the shoes I have sent back and I have had only two emails from the owner saying that I will be refunded but I have not been refunded at all. To me it is just ridiculous and absurd that a company like this are operating and doing other things but I can not receive an email saying that my refund has gone through and that it will be in my checking account later that week or day. I Ordered a pair of sneakers and the company refunded my money for no reason and reposted item for more than original purchase priceI purchased a pair of size 13 sneakers from [redacted] on August 30, 2015 for 653.98. I received a conformation and was awaiting delivery. Today September 6, 2015 I received an email with no explanation saying they refunded my money. I tried to contact them by email and no response. I went to their website to see if another size 13 was available and the reposted the sneakers for 899.99. I want the pair of sneakers for my original purchase price. It's not fair as a consumer that they can cancel my my order and resell at a higher price for no reason. Please let me know what my rights are.
