Besides communication issues, not picking up my trash and billing me for months that service was not provided, the ATTITUDE needs corrected big time, The drivers also cuss and complain loudly and that's just not something I want my children listening too We are getting mistreated about the location "THEY" placed our bin and that since they had problems with the "PREVIOUS homeowner" they feel they can take it out on us! I never told them to place it where they did so thats not my fault, and So the lady ( [redacted] ) with attitude tells me that they will relocate the bin or I will have to switch to weekly household pick upWhich I said was fine with me for I didn't tell them where to place the bin as I stated From end of October to the last week of december my trash was NOT picked up and they still expect me to pay for a month of no service! They actually expect people to leave trash out for animals to tear into for an entire month and then lie and say they will pick it up!

*** *** was set up for Commercial service in July 2015. The dumpster was placed in the same location of previous home owners. At the time of set up the office explained to *** *** the weather policy because of the rural area being so far out, about miles south of Byers
and does not have paved roads. If the weather is bad we do not refund, but when we do make it out to the location we take all trash even if on the ground or they have filled a pick upShe was also provided a written explanation along with a holiday schedule. The first snow storm hit around the time of her pick up which would have been November 23, the driver called it into office, the office tried to contact *** *** but was unsuccessful because the office could not leave message it just rang. She was picked up later not on her pick up day. She did not contact us until she had written her complaint on January 26, stating she had left messages, which we did not receiveOn the complaint she had left her cell phone number in which *** did call her back. *** *** was very angry. As far as February there was a miscommunication between driver and ***, he could not get to her because the drive way was still to difficult to get down. She had stated That Swim's Disposal was taking it out on her because of previous home owners which is incorrect. The previous home owners understood the policy because the driveway is a downward slope and faces the north, they had been customers since 2002. *** did tell her we would pick up dumpster and provide residential, Swim's Disposal has provided service to the Chaparral area since and every one else understands the weather policyHowever since *** *** is very unhappy with our service we will refund the $and terminate our services.
