I ordered online three swimsuits from this company. I wanted to return two of them (price = $57.89) and emailed the [email protected] asking for instructions on 08/03. In response, I was asked to send them pictures and measurements implying that I did not look at the measurements carefully before ordering. I responded that this request was ridiculous but later sent them the pictures to be done with the issue asap. The company responded by saying that I will have to mail the items to China (although I received them from the following address: ***, that this will be expensive ($35-45) and that the items may be lost on their way, basically prompting me that if I proceed with mailing address, I will get nothing. This provision was not mentioned on their web site. After I insisted, they offered me $5 and told that I can keep the items. This amount was more than twice less than what I had paid, but I agreed to take $25. Since then, the company kept procrastinating and bargaining with me about the amount of reimbursement. By 08/16 it raised from $5 to $14. I insisted on $25 and then proposed the $20. Their offer was $14. I do not want to keep emailing back and forth and insisting on $20 or $25. It is humiliating.
It is clear to me that the company does not want to accept my return and give me my money back. They do not even want to give me back a substantially reduced amount that I asked for. The company is clearly a dishonest "quick buck" operation, which does not respect customers' rights and uses manipulative and deceptive procedures to do their business.

This correspondence shows that the company does all it can to procrastinate and eventually press me to either accept some miserable money or to forget about the reimbursement all together.

Did you read the size guide carefully before making an order?
Each product has its size guide under the product details, you should read it carefully by referring to your own figure (bust, waist and hip size, etc).
Could you please measure the item by referring to the product in our size guide and send us the real measurements with some photos ?

you do not understand. When the client says that the item "does not look good on her" it is not about the right size. The size I chose is the right one. It means that the mod*** looks good on picture but not on a real person.
Your request to send you my pictures is outrageous. I understand that your company does not like to accept returns and issue refunds. However, this is what you will have to do.
So, the bottom line is "send me instructions (address and so on) on where I could return the items immediaty."

Hi there, Sorry the size can't fit. Due to the manual measurement, it is normal to a little deviation. Currently all the returns will be processed in our warehouse in China.
As our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return the item. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, odorless with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We are sorry that our clothe can't make you happy. But the clothes are not damaged. We ship according to the size you choose.
If you return the parc*** to our warehouse in china, you need to pay for the expensive shipping fee(about $35-$45).
Would it be a considerable solution we refund $5 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift?

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
If you want to return, the return shipping costs about $35-$40.(Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcs is in china )
And the package will take a long time to arrive and easy to be lost on the long shipping way, which will waste a lot of time.
Would it be a considerate solution that we refund $7 as compensation for you and keep your items?
Hope you can consider it. If you agree, we will arrange compensation immediaty.

I asked for a refund (purchase price $37) because the swimsuit did not fit. It was shipped from a California address.
They asked me to send a photo to show how it did not fit! I complied.
Then they said it will cost too much to return it to China and "how about we refund $3 and you keep the item."
This is outrageous. Obviously not a legit company. Fraudsters.

After reviewing the company's return policy online and sizing guides, I ordered 5 swimsuits from the company's website for a total of approximately $150. The items arrived about 1 month latert, and I was unsatisfied with the fit the items. I contacted the email provided on the website to initiate the return a few days after receiving them and clearly indicated all items were unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all original labels and original packaging. I also indicated for each item the reason for the return. I was prepared to pay return shipping costs (to California).

I received an email back stating "Could you please reply us why you would like to return the item received? Is there something wrong with the items?If so, would you offer some photos of them?" I replied and again received a response indicating I should have referenced the size guide before purchasing (I did) and requesting measurements of the suits and photos. I again replied but was uncomfortable sending photos and did not do so. They responded "You know we only have a warehouse in china for receiving returning parcels (not indicated on their website), So the shipping cost will be as high as 30-40 US dollars, very expensive.And you can keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift?" I declined and requested again to return the items. They then offered me a $5 refund to keep the items. I declined. They offered $5 refund again. I again declined and have yet to receive info needed to return the items.

Policy: "All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first."

Received an order I placed online and would like to simply return two of the items, due to the size and simply not liking the fit. I have sent numerous emails (7 emails as of now to be exact) sending them the information they requested (pictures of my actual measurement of my body, and pics of the package and pics of the items. They continually deny my request to give me a return authorization number (as stated on their website in order to return items). First email was sent to them on 7/24 with no return auth number supplied to me.
