I ordered a bathing suit that did not fit and I did not like the style or the color of the fabric. The package came with no return shipping info so I contacted the company through through their website and we each sent several correspondence emails back/forth. They asked for information on what was ordered along with pictures of the item ordered. I questioned why they needed any of that info as I included the order number in my initial email. Each email I received from their "customer service" had a different person's name on it and they initially said any ordered item would have to be returned to their processing center in China but again did not include the shipping information. When I inquired on the location to return it to in China they said the do not handle returns there and that the shipping would be very expensive. I did not remove any tags or sanitary protection applications from the bathing suit and it is in the exact condition that it was received so I am requesting a full refund.
