As the former owner of Swimlabs OC, I'm writing to address ***'s complaintToday, I left her a voice message, but we have not yet connectedAlthough Swimlabs OC provides swim lessons to dozen's of special needs students, we do not claim to be "specially trained" in this fieldNearly all of our instructors have experience teaching kids on the spectrum, but curriculum for these students are nearly the same as for "typical" kidsOur advantage is small heated pools, visual feedback tools and a quiet indoor environment that is especially conducive for young swimmers with special needs***'s child successfully completed lessons over the course of months by two instructorsIn a business where employee turnover is high, I would suggest this this is a great a track record of consistencyCurrently we have several instructors on staff with special needs experienceAccordingly, we are able to provide [redacted] the same service to which se is accustom Although we do have a no-refund policy, which was acknowledged and agreed to by ***, we will always make exceptions for dissatisfied clientsmoreover, I would hope my staff is always respectful to our clientsMy apologies if she believes [redacted] was rude I hope [redacted] will be willing to discuss her displeasure with our serviceShe has my personal cell phone, and I will welcome her call
