Although this location change was communicated to all course enrollees as seen in the attached e-mail copy dated June 2, 2016, it is certainly possible that this information was not received. As such, I authorized a full refund of the course enrollment fee on June 9, 2016.
 
Clearly, this refund was not processed when I requested it but was processed earlier today. I have attached a copy of the transaction indicating that the refund has been processed.

Review: My 15 year-old daughter applied at SwimMetro for life-guarding and we have corresponding with a Sammy R. all along the process. A lot of paperwork to do, but no mention of progress report. Well, her first class was at Evergreen Pool (didn’t ever go there-wasn’t sure where it was). Early June 4th, we were at the Evergreen Pool-very hard to find, but I found it. Well, it obviously has been abandoned for some time b/c there was no water in pool & dilapidated furniture around. Call everyone we know…finally got someone on the phone that said an email was sent & that it was “changed” to SwimMetro on Hull St. (never rec’d that email). Run over there from the other side of the county -We did NOT have our progress report (HAD NO prior information on what that was and no one ever mentioned it to me in any of the emails), so we can’t do this class on 4th and now have to wait till next class offering. Rec'd email two days ago, that the next class is still at Evergreen. I decided that this wasn’t going to work for us b/c it just seems mis-managed & most of the summer would be gone by the time we get second-round of classes and probably her 1st choice of pool duty. First email on 5th of June to Sammy on & I have yet to have ANY response from him. Up to that point, he was very responsive-except in the class location & the “progress report” info. Multiple emails June 7th, 14 & June 21st. Left voicemail message on the 17th as well. Absolutely no response. I do not think it’s fair for you to keep my upfront payment with all the misinformation that occurred.. I don’t usually complain about much, but it was a lot of money ($195) for nothing. At this point they have my $195 without any product, class, or service provided & with all the misinformation, I think that is totally wrong. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
