Swimscapes and Surfaces

Jeff and his company Swimscapes did a horrible job resurfacing our pool in S Tampa. We decided to redo a year old surface because we did not like color and change to a light teal quartz. This company seemed new and was recommended by my pool cleaning company but I didn't realize had no experience. At first pool surface seemed fine but within few weeks noticed white powder stains and what looked like dirty kitty litter sprinkled everywhere on new pool surface. Jeff said it would resolve with pool chemicals but never changed after 2 months. Finally Jeff came back at Christmas to try to fix pool mistake which only got rid of half the problem and than caused a new problem by acid washing my brand new pool lights causing them to rust on to my quartz finish. What a nightmare. So many pool companies do a *** job and get away with it. I'm left with a new pool surface that looks like it's old after all the money spent. Hope this review helps other customers the hardships we've endured. I really hoped & gave Jeff the opportunity to make this right before I wrote this review but he's not interested sadly.
