Never ever was it mentioned that they would offer me a free flower arrangement.  This is the first I am hearing if it.  I feel they are just offering it because I filed a complaint.  If I had not filed a complaint they could not have cared less that I received the flowers AFTER Mother's Day.  It was nothing to them. I told you exactly what happened, their story is a little different.  The part about not making the delivery truck on Sunday, Mother's Day, was not what I was told.  I was told they did not have a delivery to Sabina so they were not going to make a special trip to deliver it.  I had been originally told the flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day since they had not been delivered on Saturday.  When I got back home on Sunday morning and no flowers were on my patio table, I called Swindlers and was told they did not have a Sabina delivery and it would be Monday before I got the flowers.  She said she should not have told me on Saturday that they would be delivered on Sunday.  She said she should have told me that IF they had a delivery to Sabina I would get them on Sunday.    I was not told my flowers missed the delivery truck.  Never was I told that. They made the decision to not deliver them on Sunday.I really love flowers, that is probably one reason my son sent me flowers for Morher's Day.  However, more flowers from Swindlers seems like a reminder of how sad, upset and crying I was on Mother's Day over the lack of flower delivery.

product and excellent service, however we are not perfect and mistakes can happen. In the instance of the referenced complaint, the floral order was not placed directly with our shop. We received the order through a national wire service, from a company by the name of lust Flowers. When we first attempted delivery we discovered that they did not send the apartment number/letter so we were not able to complete the delivery. When we received her call to give us the complete address we had just closed and our drivers were gone for the day. We could not make a second delivery attempt We initially thought we could return 5/10 when our driver offered to come in on Sunday, a day our floral shop is normally closed for delivery, to help us with funeral work. We did not get the flowers on that truck unfortunately. It was our mistake and we did offer to send her another bouquet in addition to the one we delivered on Monday anytime she would like us to and that offer still stands if she would like us to do that. Unfortunately, in order for her son (the sender) to receive a refund he would actually have to contact the company that he placed the order with - [redacted] - as they were the ones that actually charged him for the flowers. Since he did not place the order with us directly, we would not have any of his payment information or even his last name. I've alerted [redacted] that there was a delivery issue on our end and that their recipient would like the sender to be refunded. I can't guarantee they will do anything unless her son calls them himself, but I'll do what I can for her. If instead, the recipient decides she would rather have us deliver a fresh bouquet to her at some point in the future I would be happy to do that. Just have her call our shop at ###-###-#### or locally at ###-###-#### and ask for Jenni Swindler and I'll help her in any way that I can. I do hope that she accepts our sincere apologies for the oversight on Sunday. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
