After receiving your complaint I decided to contact the customer directly. My conversation started with an apology about the experience he had with our company. I told the customer that we have been in business for over years and I thanked him for letting us know about his
treatment. We take our customers and our business very seriously. I told him I researched his complaint and discussed how he was treated with the employee in question. I was unaware of his treatment until I received this complaint. The employee he dealt with was reprimanded and put on probation. I apologized again and asked him if there was anything I could do to regain his business. He thanked me for contacting him and said there was nothing further I could do to make him happy. This gentleman was very kind and gracious considering the treatment he received. I told him again that I hope this one sale does not cause him to have any ill feelings towards our company
