I purchased a swing set in the summer of 2019. When a part was missing I called the company and they said the part was no longer being used because I had the top model and they would e-mail me an addendum. I did not receive this e-mail. Fall and winter come and go, forward to 2020. I called the company again 5 times since March 28, 2020. Once again I was told I would receive this e-mail and still have not. My last call to them was on April 6, 2020.
I will email and call the consumer.
