Review: Swinsoft Inc is a recruiting company that helps employers find suitable candidate. Swinsoft worked with a company called [redacted] to get me job with [redacted]'s client. I had cleared the interview and was offered the job in Jun 2014 with a joining date of Aug 2014 . Initially I accepeted the job offer. . I wasnt able to take the offer due to personal situations.In the Job offer from [redacted] it clearly mentions that the job is at Will and either party can terminate the employment. So I sent an email to [redacted] and swinsoft that I would not be able to take the offer due to personal reasons.Now Swinsoft wants to sue me for not taking that job due to personal reasons, and they have sent me a invoice for $13500 and have also hired a collection agency who is threatening to sue or, or I Should settle the money. This is extortion in the name of a law suit. The company Swinsoft should be stop engaging in these kind of bad business practice and proper authorities should be notified of such wrong business practices to extort money.Desired Settlement: I want the company to stop collection action against me.
