We are not responsible for plants or material that was damaged outside of our companies installation and after the 30 day warranty in which customer was fully aware at the time of signing the agreement Customer has been extremely rude and harassing me and my staff for weeks about this. It is unfortunate that the tree has been damaged, but it was not by my staff or the nursery it was purchased from so we feel as though we cannot be responsible for the replacement. We have records of emails from client in which he recognizes the damage from tree was after the 30 day warranty and he is still looking for us to replace the tree.We have two facts that need to be recognized ...1) tree was damaged after the 30 day warranty 2) Tree was not damaged by Nelson's landscaping or the nursery it was purchased fromWe want the Revdex.com To be aware that this customer even left us an extremely positive Google review and we are disappointed in complaint. We have a copy of the positive review from Google if the Revdex.com wishes to see it One might think it would be easier for us just to buy $180 tree and replace it, but this comes down to principal. If we go against policy and just up and replace it then I guess we would have to do that for every single complaint weather its true or notThank you for your time on this matter and hope to have this case closed immediately . We are in good standings for the 15 years that we have been in business and hope to maintain that status with Revdex.com.
