1st All contracts are monthly from month to month.2nd We give a tenant the 13th month free if they prepay months rent.3rd If any tenant prepays months and leaves early we have always refund the unused portion of their prepayment.4th Unfortunately we had to
terminate about tenants for a planned building expansion.5th We had only one person complaining.6th We have accommodated the only person complaining with another space in the RV Storage

I am rejecting this response because:The company has not communicated any offer to me for any resolution that involves another secure location in the same facility.  They have offered storage at unsecured locations elsewhere which I declined. I need a location in the same secure facility of either equal or greater value for the full term of my contract. If the company offers a specific secure site withing the same facility I will look at the location on Wednesday and make a decision. If I approve of the proposed resolution we can amend the contract accordingly and close this complaint. For a contract to be legally binding it must contain four essential elements: AN OFFER. - A specific storage site for a duration of 13 months with one month free for advanced payment of 12 months.   AN ACCEPTANCE. - The acceptance of the offer is evidenced by the receipt that indicates that we paid 12 months and leased the space for 13 months.  AN INTENTION TO CREATE A LEGAL RELATIONSHIP  - The rental contract and the receipt are evidence of the legal relationship  A CONSIDERATION (usually money).  - The receipt for 12 months of rental payment being made. They have the entire payment required under the contract. All of the elements of a contract are met: we have a contract. The company states in their response that they will gladly refund any unused portion if a tenant wishes to vacate early: that is they would bend over backwards to help out their tenants. However the strictly worded agreement says: 17. WE WILL STRICTLY ENFORCE ALL POLICIES AND CONDITIONS IN OUR CONTRACT. WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS!  (Interesting that they think it's a contract too)In addition to the resolution I am requesting I would like the business to acknowledge that they did not make any effort to resolve this matter before we reached out to the Revdex.com. In fact the onsite manager did not return calls and refused to let us speak to the next level of management. It was only after we researched the corporate registration of the business that we were able to find the responsible party.
